This newly redecorated and upgraded modern 1 bedroom condo is a second floor end unit which gives it more privacy and natural light. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The private roof top deck is a nice place to have your morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view. One assigned parking spot.
