Historic Home in Safe Neighborhood - Private parking pad included!

30 DAY MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED

Beautiful historic home in a safe neighborhood- close to local hospitals, 2 blocks to famous Patterson Park, walking distance to Canton Square, and a 10 minute drive to Fells Point. Cafe lights illuminate the street at night, enhancing safety and giving the block a chic, European feeling.

The first floor contains a kitchen with all amenities, Keurig, toaster oven, blender, fridge, and even a mini fridge as well! The living room has a desk, TV, and comfortable sofa for you to relax. The dining room contains a wooden German table that seats 6.

One upstairs bedroom faces the street. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks and a soaker tub / shower. There is a TV in this room. The closet for this room is in the hallway. There is also 2 bedside tables, and a cubby to store items as well.

The 2nd bedroom faces the back alley. There is a bathroom next to this bedroom which also contains the washer / dryer, as well as a sink and a toilet. The shower is next to this. There is also the entrance to the back and rooftop deck with beautiful city views from this bedroom (the deck is also accessible from the parking pad).

Both bedrooms have new queen sized Lull mattresses. All the bedroom windows have blackout curtains for the night shifters!

There is another closet in the hallway stocked with cleaning supplies, trash bags, iron, starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels, extra sheets and towels for you.

The 2 TV's are both controlled with a Roku.

There is a tenant who lives in the basement apartment. He has a separate entrance from the outside and does not have access to the living space.

Come have a worry free stay in Baltimore City!
