Cindy; We appreciate your feedback. The property does feature the ocean view as described, though I recognize it may not have met your personal expectations. The sea wall as shown in the photos do not block the views of the ocean and have had past guests that have enjoyed the views during their stay. Our description shows the square footage of the condo. This is an awesome space! Great ocean views and easy access to the beach. Short drive or easy beach-front walk (about 25 minutes) to lots of restaurants and shops as well as additional beach areas. Would definitely look to book this space again!

This was a perfect location for the activities we had planned and we loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crashing on the rocks. Would stay here again!

View from balcony was perfect! Could hear the ocean ! Parking was great, right at front door , there were carts for luggage and was a bonus to have an elevator . Bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent to beach and restaurants.

The place was clean and cozy. The bed was actually quite comfortable as well. The views from balcony along with the sounds of the waves crashing on shore were wonderful. The location was better than I thought, as it was close to both Rye and Portsmouth. So much to do nearby. Great beaches, restaurants, shopping, and plenty of other water based activities all within a short drive. Beautiful coastlines. Historic Portsmouth was absolutely charming! The communication with Mark and Wendy was easy with prompt responses. We can't wait to go back and stay here again!!!

Gorgeous ocean views! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and just watching the surfers and walkers. Great parking spot out front. Secure building. We enjoyed our stay, and ate tons of fresh seafood!

Well decorated and equipped with a beach view

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed as a couple enjoying a few days away. We used it as a home base for several day trips so we did not take advantage of the beach, but sitting on the patio overlooking the beach was nice with a morning coffee or nightly glass of wine.
