Die Ferienwohnung ist im Dachgeschoß hat eine Diele mit Garderobe und Spiegel, in der Küche ist eine Küchenzeile, ausreichend Geschirr, 4 Platten E-Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Eierkocher, Wasserkocher, Microwelle und dazu eine Sitzecke. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Schrank mit Farb-SAT-TV und Stereoanlage und eine gemütliche Couchecke, die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils einen Schrank mit Zimmersafe, 1 Tisch und 2 Stühle, jedoch ist zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern ein Bad mit Wanne, DU/WC und dazu noch ein 2. WC ausserhalb des Bades. Vom Wohnzimmer und einem der beiden Schlafzimmer gelangt man auf den 7,5 m langen Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm.
