The attractive apartment has been designed high quality and thoughtful and offers you, among other things, underfloor heating in the entire apartment, a modern fitted kitchen and a sauna in your own apartment. The floor to ceiling windows let plenty of natural light in the spacious apartment, located in the 3rd. Upstairs of this new building is located and the balcony offers a partial sea view and is optimally oriented to the south.

You can park your car comfortably on the corresponding parking space in the property's own garage on the ground floor. Here you will also find an electrical outlet.

There is a total of five beds for 2 to 5 people, spread over a bedroom with a box spring bed and a children's room with a bed and a 1.40-meter sofa bed. The master bedroom also has a flat screen TV.

The living / dining room with open kitchen offers enough space for a relaxing holiday with the family and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired.

The dog beach and the promenade with restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Many other destinations such as the climbing park, the surf camp, the forest outdoor pool and the city of Cuxhaven are located in the immediate vicinity.
