Live in upbeat Downtown, San Diego and enjoy the breathtaking views in this moderate 14th floor Condo w/ a large Balcony overlooking Downtown on the West side and the magnificent Mountain views on the East side. Walk to Petco Park, Gaslamp, Little Italy & Balboa Park. Gym is on the 2nd floor, and the Rooftop deck with Spa & Barbecue Grills with different Patio sets/Sunbathing long chairs are on the 20th floor where you get to see the amazing almost 360 degree Downtown, San Diego views from up there. A designated Parking space #131 is securely located underground. Trash Chute Room is located just right around the corner of Condo or second door to your right. All amenities are included, however everything must remain in the Condo at your check out time. Anything that’s been damaged or lost for whatever reason must be your full responsibility. We had a wonderful stay! Our host Arlene greeted us at check in, showed us around the building. She also responded very quickly to our minor problems. Perfect host! Thank you, Arlene! We want to come again next summer!

The best place with the best property manager

The place was great. Nice and clean comfy bed and a large cool tv. The views were great and the trolley and restaurants were just downstairs. Arlene the property manager is the best ever. She is super great and will help make your stay the very best. I recommend this place as you won’t regret your stay.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The host was amazing and answered so quickly any time I needed her. The apartment was located in downtown so was within walking distance of many different activities. Overall, I loved this place and will definitely be booking again sometime in the near future

Best hostess!!

Our 2-month stay had its ups and downs. Our room had some issues but our hostess Arlene was amazing! She went above and beyond our expectations to solve them. She communicated everything very well. Vrbos' communication, unfortunately, was not good at all. This caused much stress during the first month of our stay. Arlene was able to help us navigate through this. My husband and I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and kindness. In addition, we'd like to thank the owner.

Great Rental for University Students!

I currently attend university and was looking for a place that would be great to arrive to after a long stressful day, and be nice and quiet enough for me study. This condo was just that! I appreciated the host for being extremely communicative and accommodating. The first day I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that the host had provided me with everything I needed (e.g. shampoo, toilet paper, laundry supplies, etc.); it was incredibly helpful for my first month! The location was great! Considering that the trolley stop is downstairs, it made it easy to commute to school. And after a long week, it felt nice to be able to host a couple of friends at the condo for movie nights or brunches at the rooftop.

Beautiful View and Amenities

I really love this studio. The view was even more amazing in person! Waking up everyday to the view and sitting outside on the patio with a cup of tea or coffee is so wonderful. To us, prompt communication is very important and Arlene was always there to answer our questions everytime or anytime we needed her. She is SO amazing, kind and accomodating during our stay. This location is perfect and is central to anywhere we go. Across the street is a large grass area and walking paths which was great for morning walks with our little puppy. There are lots of restaurants around the area and walking distace to the famous Gaslamp area which you don't want to miss seeing and if you want to go for a nice walk with beautiful sceneries, Balboa park is literally 3 mins drive away. We really enjoyed the amendities in this condo. From having dinner up on the roof top with the outstanding view and ending the night soaking in the hot tub. It can't get any better than that. They also have a great gym that has everything you need for a great workout. They also held a few social gathering for people staying at the condo and we got to meet some great people. With no hesitation, we will definitely be coming back here the next time we're in San Diego.

This High Rise Condo has a Spa and a Barbecue area where you get to enjoy your stay with your family/friends while appreciating the amazing almost 360 degree of Downtown, San Diego views from the Rooftop deck on the 20th floor. You have to come to see it for yourself. No to mention, low rate, free parking with lots of amenities. Residents/other guests are friendly. You just feel at home every time you stay there. That's how I feel every time I'm in this particular building. Last, but not the least, the building location itself as this is located in the heart of San Diego. East Village that is!
