Excellent property
This property was an excellent place close to the city. It was remodeled and decorated with everything in great order. The host was fantastic and had everything ready for us. Great communication and I would definitely stay there again and recommend the property to others.

Perfect for a weekend trip
The house was good for our group, plenty of space. My complaints would be beds were too firm but I think that’s a personal preference. Also if I’m paying for a cleaning fee I don’t think I should have to strip beds and take out my own trash… definitely takes away from the “vacation experience”

Hi Christine, thanks again for booking with us. In the photos for our listing it does state the master queen bed is firm and the guest queen bed mattress is Plush. That is a personal preference for someone’s individual mattress type, so I would not be able to satisfy everyone’s needs in that instance. Our cleaning fee is on the lower side with cost compared to other homes and your fee was $32.50 per guest. It is not uncommon for the host to request trash be placed in the trash bin upon departure. Most host request sheets to be taken off beds and placed on the floor b/c there is only a 3 hour window to clean entire home before next guest arrive. This probably would take 5-10min to do before departure, so I’m not sure how it would take away for the vacation experience. We also accommodated your request for an earlier check-in w/out charging an additional fee. We strive to provide a clean and cozy home with everything a guest would need including welcome treats for each guest, and that the home they are staying in is as pictured.
