One mile from State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Arena and the GA World Congress Center. Two miles from the Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, and Centennial Park. Two miles from major universities and colleges such as GA State, GA Tech, Spelman, & Moorehouse college. Washington Park is a hop & a skip away from the home along with Mozley park that is a 10 min walk from the house. This property is cozy and has everything you need including a washer and dryer, wireless internet, local parks, Ashbury Marta Station 10min walk from house, and 2 miles from the interstate. Ring Alarm system installed.

Blow dryer, flat iron, and television in every room. A Wellness basket that includes free weights and a yoga mat. There are books for reading, card games, Jenga, and a karaoke microphone for family fun. Charcoal grill for outdoor cooking.
