A charming suite in an excellent location, particularly for everything Noe Valley has to offer, and public transportation if you need it. Our host was extremely accessible and check-in/checkout is a breeze. We hope to return.

I loved staying at the Noe Valley Garden Suite! The hosts were very accommodating & friendly. The unit was immaculately clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It’s located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to grocery stores, cute cafes, coffee shops, and all the wonderful restaurants & stores in the Noe Valley downtown area. Highly recommend!

Clean, well-appointed space. Responsive host. Only issue was a bit of overhead noise from residents above us. Guessing walls are thin and perhaps little ones visiting but there was a lot of running, jumping, banging of things, small ones shouting (though they were clearly having a great time!). Just a challenge if one needed a midday nap. Design of space was very nice. Definitely worked for our purposes.

Lovely Garden Apt

We really enjoyed staying in the Garden Suite. Sela was very friendly and responsive/great communicator. For us the location was perfect. They suite has everything you could need and more. They really thought of all the details. Plenty of clean towels, enjoyable bath wash, q-tips, etc…. Bed is super comfortable and the curtains are great to block out any light. Love the decor and also love the heater in the bathroom. Will definitely stay in the garden suite again when back in SF.

Lovely and comfortable Noe Valley Suite

Roberto and Sela’s garden suite was a fantastic place to stay. It was cute, clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week, including a well appointed kitchenette. We loved the backyard space, too. Transportation via the J train was easy. Sela was kind, responsive, and accommodating with late checkout requests. We would definitely recommend!

Clean, cozy home away from home

This is probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in which was very much appreciated! Check in and out was super easy. The kitchen wasn’t pictured so we didn’t know what to expect, but it had everything we needed to cook some simple meals during our 6 day stay. Loved the cute produce market and meat market 2 blocks away. Minor cons: The walls are very thin and steps from the people upstairs woke me up the first night. I’m a light sleeper so I just sleep with earplugs. My partner was unbothered. Also the kitchen plates are too large to fit in the microwave haha. Overall we would recommend this place if you’re looking for something clean and cozy and don’t need anything fancy.

Clean, well-furnished excellent home!

One of the best VRBO properties that we have ever rented. Very clean and well-kept apartment with lots of thoughtful touches by the host, like lots of hangers, nice soap, shampoo, conditioner in shower, and a kitchen with every basic need met. Comfortable furnishings, including the bed and couch. Great water pressure in shower, which always makes me happy. TV and Wi-Fi worked great. Communication with the Host was fantastic and very prompt. Had several unexpected needs come up during our 12 day stay, and the Host was a champ. Location was safe and great, and very close to good public transportation. Thanks to the Host for a fantastic stay! Hope to use this VRBO home again when we return to San Francisco!

Good Noe Valley Location

The unit is nicely appointed/decorated inside. It was clean and easy to be in. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful.However, the lock system on outer and inner doors was cumbersome and difficult to manage. Also, location of unit requires walking through owner’s garage first. The kitchen appliances, such as microwave, stove, coffee, maker, etc. were very old. Owner also asks the guest to strip the beds, collect the used towels and linens, and throw out their garbage before leaving. Given price and cleaning fee, this felt unnecessary.

wonderful SF neighborhood stay

very very clean, nice kitchen and living area. wonderful shower pressure and nice hot water. We happened to visit on the hottest week SF had. temps in the 90s .. but as it was lower level apartment it stayed cool and with the Fan provided easily able to stay cool. Apartment was bright with many windows and a cute outdoor patio… would def stay again, very reasonably priced

Safe convenient location

Stayed here on our honeymoon. Sela was very responsive to our requests and questions. It was about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. Great little garden apartment with private access. A couple of blocks from the vibrant "village" centre with shops, cafes and restaurants. Public transport nearby.superpupubliptransport.

Wonderful Property and Great Host

My husband and I stayed for 10 nights at the property while visiting our son and his family. Everything was as described and very clean. Sela was always available if we needed her. We love that it is on the ground floor, especially in San Francisco, where there are so many stairs! You will find lots of little birds in each room which led me to rename it as "Our Little Bird's Nest". The property is perfectly situated in Noe Valley with both Church Street and Sanchez being one to two blocks away. Both those streets are flat streets and also designated as "slow" street which means there are no cars except for the people who live on those streets. Made shopping and dining out very easy. There's also a produce store and a meat store on Sanchez, which made getting food for us to cook at the property very easy. Also perfect for nice long walks.
