This ordinance does not require an inspection of the unit by the city for potential Building, Housing, Fire, or other Code violations.

Large flat built in 1900 located in SUNNY Noe Valley, a safe, residential neighborhood. There are 2 bedrooms (queen size bed/2 twin beds), full bath with shower/tub combo, living room and a large contemporary kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. The flat is fully equipped: 37 inch TV with Direct TV, DVR, WiFi enanbled, well-stocked kitchen, linens, washer/dryer. Public transportation (J-Church line) is 1 1/2 blocks away and will give you easy access to all areas of San Francisco. For the wine aficionados, the Napa wine country is just one hour away. Street parking only. Local contact to help with your stay. NEW: Daily/weekly street parking passes could be made available for an extra fee. Please inquire.

This apartment was perfect for us! Located in the Noe Valley, we had access to public transportation, found it easy to walk the neighborhood area, and had access to a parking pass which helped greatly.The apartment had everything we needed to cook and wash our clothes. The communication with the host was efficient and quickly done.

Stay was very easy. Very clean. Parking is very difficult in San Francisco, there are parking passes available for purchase from the host for street parking but be prepared to park at least a full block away. Excellent cafe right at the end of the block and a Safeway just a 10 min walk away. Very easy to use public transportation. Kitchen fully equipped although we didn’t end up cooking during our stay there. Ample towels and sheets.

Our Noe Valley interlude

We had a lovely time and appreciated the overall ease of our experience, from communication beforehand and at checkin to our two weeks living in our little corner of Noe Valley. We were visiting for medical reasons, and we enjoyed having this place to retreat to.

Excellent location in Noe Valley near shops and restaurants, walkable sidewalks and streets. The apartment itself was a very comfortable size for 2 adults and one teen; we loved spending time together over dinner some evenings there, with incredible array of cooking and serving materials—nice to be in a welcoming space! Pretty garden in entryway and homey touches everywhere. Views of trees surrounding the 2nd floor apartment. Quiet neighbors, too.

Perfect spot for a stay in SF. Even cuter IRL than in the photos. It's evident that this is a lovingly-maintained home. Stayed here with friends and we all loved staying here. Would stay here again and absolutely would recommend to anyone!

Our names are Michael and Rae. Rae grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved out of state when she married Michael. Michael is a retired high school science teacher and Rae still works in health care. Our son, Jamie, has called San Francisco home for 22 years. He lives on site, manages Duncan St retreat and is able to assist with your stay. We are world travelers and have stayed at VRBO properties in the past.

Why they chose this property

We chose Noe Valley for it's sunny location and small neighborhood feel. Marta & Bros Coffee is a few steps away as are restaurants and shopping. No need for a car; public transportation is 1 1/2 blocks away.
