Relax with the whole family at this year round Charming Chatham Seaside Cottage , with just a short 5 minute walk to a beautiful private beach (Forest Beach 0.4). Set on a private road, nestled amongst stunning trees, a peaceful and fun place to stay and explore all that the cape has to offer, a little piece of heaven. Walking distance to restaurants (Talkative Pig, Bucas, Castaways...) and just a short drive or bike ride into Chatham center, Harwich or Harwich Port.

All of what you need, none of what you don’t!

Perfect place for a small family. great size, decor, and necessities are supplied. There is a gorgeous bay facing beach a short walk away. beautiful sights. Everything you need is close but has a car ride involved. But if that’s what you’re looking for, this place is worth the ask. Great stay overall.

Cozy Cottage Cape Get Away

The cottage was very clean, well appointed and cozy. It was decorated very nicely and the beds and furniture very comfortable. Location was quiet and close to the beach (short walk down a paved road) but you do have to drive into town. We would recommend some cozier furniture on the front and back porches and some extra towels but overall we really enjoyed ourselves in this cottage. We would definitely recommend it to other people!

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean, cute and comfortable and in a great location. It was an easy walk/very quick drive to a small beach and the owners provided all the necessary beach equipment. It was also short drive to a bike/walking trail. And an easy ten minute drive to Main Street in Chatham for restaurants and shopping.

Property was wonderful. Clean, well kept & updated. We couldnt of been happier! The owner was quick to respond to any questions and helpful with responses. We enjoyed our stay in the area as well. Highly recommend!

a Gem of a Cottage

The little cottage on Aunt Deborah's Lane is a gem! We so enjoyed our week here with our daughter, husband and one year old. The meals that we did eat in were all in the screened porch which really made the place! The outdoor shower, laundry and the cute pathway down to the beach made the whole experience great! We did luck out with a perfect weather week too. Super friendly neighbors made us feel welcome to the neighborhood. Thank you

Perfect Vacation

First trip to the Cape for my son and wife, and they described it as perfect. Owe a large part of this reaction to the rental, which was beautiful and convenient with kind and caring hosts. Highly recommend!
