The resort

The holiday home in the holiday park on the outskirts of Waldmünchen is located on a beautiful, sunny and car-free property, at the edge of the forest.
All cottages are in timber construction with only two adjoining duplex apartment in the house or as detached houses. All cottages are comfortably equipped with color TV, the kitchenette incl. Coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster etc. Washing machine is centrally located at the reception. The parking spaces are located outside the complex. The use of the Erlebnisbad Waldmünchen is included in the price. Incidentally, the equipment pool refers to the Erlebnisbad Waldmünchen. A separate feature is often missing in portals.
The Perlsee with the Perslseebad or for boating and the climbing park can either be reached via a short walk (short cut) in about 15 minutes or by car via the Umgehungsstr. (2.5 km). Waldmünchen has all the shopping possibilities of the penny market, ALDI, Norma, EDEKA, net, REWE, OBI, Lidl KIK, NKD or Schlecker and many others.
All linen please bring, bed and bath towels can be rented on request also at the reception.

Die Unterkunft ist prima. Sie erstreckt sich auf 2 Etagen. Unten ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, das Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küche und ein Abstellraum. Oben ein kleines Bad mit WC. Oben in der Galerie sind 2 einzel Betten und ein Schlafzimmer. In Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Couch und ein Sessel sowie ein kleiner Fernseher. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Das WLan ist leider schlecht.

Schöne Anlage in Waldnähe

Uns (2 Erwachsene mit Hund) hat es sehr gut gefallen. Schöne, gepflegte Anlage am Rand des Ortsteils Perlhütte. Saubere, gemütliche Wohnungen in Holzhäusern. Einrichtung enthält Alles was man braucht. Kleine Terrasse mit kleiner Grünfläch. Park hat einen Spiel- und Bolzplatz. Grillmöglichkeit. Tolle Wanderwege vor der Tür. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern und Hundebesitzer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Restaurant neben dem Park ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

Het verblijf was goed. Alles was spik en span ook kwa schoonheid. Ook genoten van de perlsee en aquafit zwembad. En steeds lekker uit eten geweest restaurant bij het park. Wat ik wel vindt wat jullie bij de site af moeten halen dat er een klimpark(kletterpark) bij zit deze zit er echter niet meer bij al een jaar of 8 niet meer. Kortom een prima verblijf gehad.

Für ruhige Tage

Das Objekt war grundsätzlich sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche würde ich mit dem nötigsten beschreiben, alles ist auch schon etwas älter. Für eine Woche Urlaub aber völlig ausreichend. Ein paar kleinere Defekte wie abgebrochene Handtuchhalter waren auch vorhanden, haben uns aber nicht im Tagesablauf gestört. Der Ferienparkt liegt etwas außerhalb der nächsten Ortschaft, dafür hat man eine wunderbare Ruhe. WLAN ist super, uns hat auch der Spielplatz sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die kostenlose Nutzung des Aquafit Hallenbades. Sehr zu empfehlen, grade auch an regnerischen Tagen. Für Familien ohne Luxus Anspruch sind die Häuser super geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber ausreichend.

Super Wetter machte tolle Wanderungen in der intakten Natur möglich, wir haben es genossen. Nur leider lässt die gastronomie in und um Waldmünchen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Unterkunft perfekt!!!

Die Unterkunft selbst war perfekt und absolut weiterzuempfehlen!!! Der Aufenthalt als auch die angrenzende Gaststätte (was sehr praktisch war) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister vor Ort bzw. der antreffenden Personen war mehr als super und sehr sehr freundlich!!! ;)

Sehr gemütlich

Es war sehr schön! Alles vorhanden, gute Lage. Lediglich das Schwimmbad konnte man wegen Corona nicht nutzen. Dafür kannan aber schön (kostenlos) im Perlsee oder Silbersee baden. Im Restaurant , dass sich direkt am Ferienpark befindet, hat noch geschlossen, aber man kann bestellen und abholen. Das war toll. Außerdem kann man Grillen, mehrere Grill-Möglichkeiten vorhanden. Insgesamt top. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Ferienanlage entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Haus und Umgebung sind sehr schön. Einziges Manko ist, dass sich die obere Etage im Sommer sehr aufheizt und rel. schlecht lüften lässt, wodurch es zum Schlafen manches mal zu warm war.

Schönes Haus, schöne Umgebung.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Herrn Allwicher an der Rezeption empfangen. Das Ferienhaus Typ A war für 4 Personen gut geeignet und sehr gepflegt. Auch die Außenanlagen waren top. Alles was man im Urlaub so braucht war im Haus vorhanden. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können diese Ferienanlage gerne weiterempfehlen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Brötchenservice direkt bis vor die Haustür. Auch die Pizzeria am Platz (zur Zeit nur Essen to go) hat leckere Pizzas und ist sehr zu empfehlen.
