Welcome to our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom condo at Villa Madeira, located directly on the white sands of Madeira Beach. With unobstructed west-facing Gulf views, a beachfront pool, and restaurants, shops and entertainment within walking distance, this is an ideal home base for a relaxing Florida beach vacation.

THE VIEW.
One of our favorite features is the large private screened balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching for dolphins, spend the afternoon on the beach, and come back in the evening for a front-row seat to one of Madeira Beach's beautiful sunsets.

THE CONDO.
Unit #209 has been fully renovated and thoughtfully furnished to feel comfortable, fresh and welcoming. The updated kitchen features newer appliances, quartz countertops, a pantry and everything you need for meals at home. Enjoy casual seating at the kitchen counter or gather together around the dining table.

The living room and bedrooms feature wall-mounted Smart TVs, and complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout the Condo.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave all used sheets/blankets on beds. Start washing machine with a load of towels (please keep the bath & beach towels separate). Leave any remaining dirty towels on the floor in laundry room.
Make sure all beach chairs & towels are accounted for (6 of each).
Remember to leave all keys and parking permit on kitchen counter. Close sliding glass doors & lock the front door when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not keep the sliding glass doors open while air conditioning is on. It causes condensation in duct work and the a/c coil to freeze.
Keep thermostat set on “COOL” and “FAN / AUTO” (not “FAN / ON” or “OFF”) to automatically circulate air. Max temperature of 75 in Winter / 77 Summer.

Absolutely beautiful and we were able to go up and down from the beach easily. Perfect for a little one to snack and nap daily. And there is great ice cream across the street and a wonderful fresh fish market down the street a few minutes walk!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and accurately described. The location was perfect. It was a very quiet and calm location. The views were spectacular. The unit was very well stocked not only with cookware but also beach chairs, towels, and toys. Highly recommend this place and would visit again.

This condo was perfect! I would highly recommend! Great location, great amenities, etc. Girls aged 7 and 9 could not get enough of playing in the warm Gulf! Lots of fun beach toys for them to use also! Hoping to return!

Our stay was absolutely awesome. The ocean view condo was perfect for all of the sunsets. The locals were so friendly and our kids enjoyed their time on the beach. The condo was super clean which was a huge bonus.

We had such a wonderful experience staying here, thanks in large part to Christine Thompson. She was an excellent communicator from start to finish. She provided clear and helpful details ahead of our arrival and was always available to answer any questions we had along the way.The condo itself was absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully prepared. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach towels and chairs, which made our stay effortless and relaxing. Every detail was clearly considered to ensure we felt comfortable and at home. The view was beautiful offering easy access to the pool and beach. We truly appreciated how easy and enjoyable the entire experience was. It was the perfect setting for our family to spend a week together making special memories. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Christine as a host!

Heated pool. Direct beach access with cabanas. Convienient to John's Pass and Treasure Island. Cafe with good coffee and breakfast right across the street. Excellent assortment of kids games and pleanty of beach toys and really sturdy beach chairs. Coolers, umbrella, beach games. The kitchen has high quality dishwasher, fridge, pots and pans, silverware and a good supply of dishes cups plasticware. K-cup, regular drip coffee maker, toaster, griddle, mixer...every item possible for complete cooking experience.Definitely would recommend this property.

We fell in love with Madeira Beach for the same reasons we think our guests do - the beautiful white-sand beach, incredible Gulf views, gorgeous sunsets and relaxed atmosphere. There's something special about starting the morning on the balcony, spending the day by the water and watching the sun set over the Gulf. We're happy to share a place that means so much to our family with our guests.

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to Madeira Beach with family and friends for more than 15 years, and it truly feels like our second home. We love being directly on the beach while still being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and entertainment. We've made so many wonderful family memories here, which is why we ultimately chose to have a place of our own.

What makes this property unique

It's hard to beat the location. We're directly on the Gulf with a large private screened balcony and beautiful west-facing views - so sunset is an event every evening. Step outside and you're on the white sands of Madeira Beach, yet restaurants, coffee, shopping and John's Pass are all nearby. It's the perfect combination of beachfront relaxation and walkable convenience.
