Great place, lots of room, amazing view, and nice location. KBM did a great job and lots of little things made it really helpful. 2 boogie boards and the beach chairs and beach toys helped for beach days, included beach towels and such as well as a full kitchen helped keep costs down. Great service and all the info we needed with lots of communication helped everything run smoothly.

Our family of four adults loved the condo! Communications from property were very clear and concise to include emails and texts. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to make meals. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect. We saw turtles multiple times a day from our balcony as well as two that came up onto the beach twice during our stay. Location of condo was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly what we needed for our first visit to Maui! It was clean, it had all of the amenities that we needed, and the views were spectacular. We appreciated the beach, chairs and towels, as well as all of the little things, such as a blow, dryer, washer, and dryer and clear instructions on how to check in and how to check out. The condos were so quiet and we absolutely loved our stay! We wouldn’t have changed the thing!

KBM did an outstanding customer service job with our vacation. Very quick to reply to any questions or conserns. Some minor repairs are needed for this property, but KBM advised that they would be fixing them after our visit (our choice not to have them done at the time). Solid 4/5 and will be a strong 5/5 once minor issues are corrected by the owner.

We enjoyed our stay at Lokelani B203. It was so relaxing. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony. Several nights we purchased fish from the fush market and grilled. Had dinner on the balcony watching the sunset. We loved it so much we booked again next year.

100% - This place is perfect!!

From the moment you walk into the unit you can see the blue waters and it sets the tone for the perfect Maui vacation. You will see turtles (lots of turtles) whales in the distance and lots of fish if you snorkel just steps from your door. Great sunsets every evening and we made sure to leave the sliders open every night to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Great location, easy communication and perfect setting. If you’re on the fence about where to stay - pick this place.

No be a better place to stay!

In my opinion, there could not be a better place to stay for an adult couple with two college-age children. Directly on the water with a sandy beach area, separate beds, two full bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, and two porches separated this unit from the others we considered. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to a variety of food options. If we return to Maui, this unit will be the first we attempt to book.

Exactly as advertised!!

The pictures in the promotional ads are exactly what you get, except you don't get the added value of hearing the ocean waves rolling in and get the calming effect from watching the sunset and listening to the waves at night. There were even 2 turtles one night on the little beach right next door. I've already recommended it to my Lyft driver and I'm not even home yet!

Amazing view

Pros * The view! Gorgeous. Can't be beat. We loved listening to the waves at night * The condo is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped * We saw turtles and whales from the balcony on a regular basis * Management company was easy to communicate with and quick to reply to our questions Cons * Condo could be cleaner - especially the 2 balconies and the flooring on the main floor. I had to clean the outdoor furniture before we could sit on it. And the balcony floor was full of dirt and dead bugs. I also had to mop the floor on the main level. The flooring was making our feet very dirty and we didn't want to track dirt onto the carpet upstairs. * Ghost ants were a problem in the kitchen. There were also a few ghost ants in the main bathroom. We did spray for ants during our stay and it improved some. If you store ALL food in the fridge and keep the counters wiped clean at all times it isn't a huge problem. * There is no air conditioning on the main level. We left the patio doors open during our entire stay to get the breeze, but if the humidity had been higher it would have been quite warm on the main level. There is AC on the top floor for the bedrooms In summary, parts of the condo are showing their age and cleanliness could be better, but the view is incredible and we would stay there again. We enjoyed our stay and hated to leave.

Ideal Condo!

This property is even more impressive in real life. Views are stunning, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent. TV was a bit confusing but quite honestly, that was the last thing I wanted to do. I highly recommend this property for location too. Right out the back you can swim in the reef with turtles, seals, and pretty fish. There is an awesome market (Farmer's Market) about 10 minutes walk away, along with a great coffee shop, gift shop, and bench rental equipment. There is pretty much everything you need in this condo, from beach chairs and snorkeling equipment to beach towels and toiletries.
