About this property

Beautiful bright and cozy house by the sea for six people

Our super beautiful house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2016. It stands on a 550 sqm plot with a garden and a new large wooden terrace.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms a sauna and a spacious living room to relax.
The house is located in the 5 star Park Zeeland Village. The facility is specially designed for families with children and active holidaymakers.
The house is south-west facing and is equipped as follows.

Ground floor:

Living - dining area (approx. 40sqm) with a new modern kitchen.
The new kitchen is equipped with: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher. Fridge,
Microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Mixer, egg cooker, and all high-quality dishes.
The utility room is adjacent to the kitchen. There is u. a. a second refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack, high chair and travel cot.
Living room with comfortable bright seating area, television with cable TV and 10 German programs. Radio and CD player are also available.

Separate toilet with hand wash basin.

Bathroom with shower and sauna.

The house is used by us and is accordingly elaborately and lovingly furnished.

1 upper floor:

a bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and television

a bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together if necessary) and a large wardrobe

a bedroom with a bed (140 x 200 m) and large wardrobe

a nice bathroom with bathtub and jacuzzi

Garden:

There is a large all-round wooden terrace with two seating areas and four deck chairs and a parasol.

Of course there is also a grill and there is nothing to prevent a nice barbecue evening.

We have to collect a tourist tax which makes 2 euros per person per night and is listed as a service fee and is already included in the calculation.

A cleaning fee of 65 euros is payable on site to the administrator.
A deposit of EUR 150.00 is also collected in cash by the administrator on site and reimbursed after the house has been properly returned.

Bed linen can also be ordered and paid for from the administrator.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders genossen haben wir die Sauna und die gemütlichen Abende am Ofen, die das Haus zu einem echten Wohlfühlort machen. Alles ist sehr sauber und einladend. Tolle und sehr ruhige Lage. Es ist eine Wohnsiedlung mit vielen gleichen Häusern. Es gibt im Obergeschoss drei Schlafzimmer, alle drei Zimmer mit Schrägen, die wir zu viert aber auch gebraucht haben. Ein Erwachsener hat auf der Bettseite, die sich unter der Schräge befindet, keinen Platz, das ist wirklich sehr eng. Ansonsten war das Haus schön eingerichtet, großzügiges Wohnzimmer und großzügige Essküche, es war alles da was man für die Küche brauchte. Und einen kleinen Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen, da kann man toll draußen essen. Geputzt war das Haus leider nur sehr oberflächlich, das haben wir dann selbst gemacht. Und Panik vor ein paar Silberfischchen darf man auch nicht haben. Ansonsten liegt das Haus wirklich gut, wir waren mit dem PKW vor Ort. Da konnte man die Gegend weitläufig abfahren.

Wir waren 8 Tage zum Radeln vor Ort und mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Serviceagentur hat sich super gekümmert und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Insbesondere die günstige Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und die nahen tollen Sandstrände haben uns top gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus mit gemütlichen Betten

Sehr schönes und wohnlich eingerichtetes Haus, in dem alles vorhanden ist was man für 6 Personen braucht.Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, auch der Service war super.Innerhalb des Hauses ist es leider etwas hellhörig, von außerhalb des Hauses hört man allerdings nichts.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super.Wir werden sicher nochmals hierhin fahren.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus

Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Wir waren im Winter dort, die Wohnung schön warm und der Kamin und die Sauna haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Zu diese Jahreszeit war es auch sehr ruhig - toll zum Schlafen! Das Haus liegt nahe am Jachthafen in Schaarendijke und auch die Strände in Renesse sind schnell erreichbar.

Heerlijk huis, voorzien van veel gemak

We hadden een welkom ontvangst door een vriendelijke man. Aangenaam verrast door wat er in huis beschikbaar was aan inventaris, dat voelde erg comfortabel. Beneden was het gezellig en ruim opgezet, de woonkamer en keuken hebben een fijne sfeer. Door de schuine daken zijn de slaapkamers en de badkamer boven wat krap. De verwarming stond meerdere keren per dag geprogrammeerd op 21 gr, wat voor ons te warm was (maar kregen het niet ongedaan).De badkamer beneden is erg prettig. De sauna doet het goed en de douche is ook heel fijn. Het bad boven zou een bubbelbad zijn, maar deze deed het niet. Wel als gewoon bad bruikbaar. Het huis/dorp ligt niet aan zee, dus voor het strand hebben wij de auto nodig gehad.

Gepflegtes Haus

Gepflegtes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr angenehm gelegen bietet es einen Top Aufenthalt. Die Heizwirkung des Kamins mit "Holzersatzstoff" aus dem nahen Markt läßt zu wünschen übrig, die Heizung im Haus arbeitet aber auch ohne den Kamin effektiv und wirkungsvoll, so das dieser ohnehin eher einen optischen Effekt gibt. Der klapprige Grill lädt nicht zur Nutzung ein.diese beiden "Mankos" verblassen aber deutlich hinter dem positiven Effekten des Hauses. Alles ist wirklich gepflegt, einladend und schön. für ältere (Senioren), körperlich eingeschränkten Personen ...Ist die Treppe in die erste Etage wo sich die Schlafräume und das Top ausgestattete Bad befinden ein No Go. Das betrifft aber vermutlich 95% der Häuser in Holland. Hingegen gibt es auch ein zweites Bad (und eine getrennte Toilette) im Erdgeschoss, wo auch die schnell aufheizende Sauna platziert ist. Diese ist zwar kaum mehr als mit einer Person nutzbar will man sich nicht am Ofen verbrennen, erfüllt ihren Zweck aber perfekt. Auch die offene Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenso offen sehr gemütlich und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Gemessen an der schönen Unterkunft, war der dreitägige Aufenthalt viel zu kurz. Das Haus ist leicht besenrein zu verlassen. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert, die Dame die uns empfangen hat sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Strandurlaub

In einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus waren wir 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind gut untergebracht. Die Ferienanlage war mit Spielplätzen für die Kinder ausgestattet. In der Nähe war auch ein Supermarkt. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Urlaub.
