2 full bedroom bedrooms with private full bathrooms and kitchenette on the ground floor of a 3 story home. Large outdoor living area with 2 loveseats. Totally private with separate entrance. Located in quiet, low density Laguna Beach across the field from the gulf, a large open green space and Carousel market; selling groceries, wine, liquor and a gift shop. This is a breathtaking property that is appointed with everything you could possibly need! Outdoor grill right outside your door! A short walk to Thomas' donuts.

Winter get away

Everything was perfect! My husband, myself and our spoiled Pomeranian drove from Northern Minnesota and made great time. We were able to check in a day early. The space was even nicer in person. Very clean and new. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. I felt like we had the entire area to ourselves. Quick walk to the market and beach. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Beech house across the street from great beach access.

Our family had a great time visiting the PCB home. There was a water hose outside of the house to help knock and sand off before entering the house. I had a chance to meet the owner and she made me feel very welcome during our stay. We try to always clean up after a stay and the vacuum made it easy to help pick up any sand that you track in. Two private rooms with two separate bathrooms. A small kitchen and small fridge if you need to keep things cool during your stay. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because we tried to get as much activity time in with our kids, but it was nice to be right across the street from the beach and a grocery store. There was no washer and dryer, but there is a laundry mat not too far away. We were on the road for a few weeks and took our clothes to the laundry mat and they were so big it did all our clothes in one wash, which was better than doing multiple loads. We would stay here again. The back patio was nice to set outside and listen to the ocean in the evenings.
