The location and the views could not be beat! The host are fantastic and provide good details for check-in and check out procedures as well as prompt responses when needed. My group of eight really enjoyed our place because there was great walkability, it was easy to reach the property from the airport, and the views were absolutely fantastic. There was plenty of space when we were in the property eating and playing games. We did leverage the sofa area for sleeping since we had a large party, the third full bathroom made it worth losing the desired additional bedroom. We did find a few of the surfaces (kitchen cabinets, peeling popcorn ceiling in the bath, flooring and lighting) a bit outdated, but everything was functional. The host requested shoes off in the property but I would note that the carpet should be cleaned to warrant this request. We did it anyway. There is no doubt we would choose this or other properties managed by the host in the building in the future.

Condo is perfection! Close to everything, well-maintained and very clean, and with small and big extras (like parking and grocery) that make your stay easy and complete. The views are just amazing! First VRBO that we wished we could have just moved into. Owners Jeri and James are incredibly responsive and go the extra mile to ensure you know everything about the unit, the building, and the area. You will not be disappointed in this rental.

Thank you so much for this incredibly kind 10/10 review. We’re thrilled to hear the condo felt “move-in ready” and that the little details—from in-building parking to the grocery downstairs—made your stay easy and seamless. Being truly walkable (Walk Score of 100) is one of the best parts of the location, and we’re glad you enjoyed having everything right outside the door. We also really appreciate the note about cleanliness and upkeep—our long-time cleaning team takes a lot of pride in that, and it shows. And of course, those skyline views never get old for us either. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re grateful for the trust you placed in us. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another true Penthouse experience at Grand Plaza.
