You will enjoy sugar-sand beaches and warm emerald ocean water off the Gulf in a quiet, non-crowded beach location. This condo is in a very private, quiet location. It is a ground-level, west-facing corner unit in a very small complex. The beach out front is never crowded.

This newly renovated ground-level condo looks out to the ocean and is only steps away from the beach; you cannot get closer to the beachfront than this! The condo has a private patio that families have enjoyed as it has a grassy fenced play area in front providing a safe place for small kids to play while keeping an eye on them. This condo has beautiful sunset views from both the living room & the patio. Enjoy bird watching during the day when many brown Pelicans fly by and the Ospreys come to catch large fish and enjoy the beautiful sunset from the private west-facing patio.

This two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo sleeps 6.

Open-concept with a fully appointed chef's kitchen that has many amenities. Essential pots, pans, spices, blender, and coffee maker. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with a private ensuite bathroom and smart TV, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed with smart TV and two built-in twin-size beds, each with TVs, which the kids love. The sofa is also a very comfortable queen sleeper. We also keep a folded baby playpen for your use in the master closet.

The whole complex has only 24 units, so the pool and beach are never crowded.

Beach chair and umbrella service are complimentary with the unit during the spring and summer, weather permitting, from March 1st-October 31st. Additional chairs, boogie boards, paddle boards & kayaks can be rented from Sunset Beach Rental Services attendant located on the beach.

There are many family activities to choose from, all located very close by. This area is also well known for great restaurants, fishing, Dolphin tours, parasailing, and boat rentals.

Three-night minimum off-season and weekly only Sunday to Sunday, March 1st through October 31st; check-in is 4:00 pm, check out 10:00 am. Monthly snowbird winter rates are available from November 1st through the end of February.

Working vacation?
Are you worried about the internet? We have got you covered as our unit has unlimited T-Mobile high-speed internet and expanded cable service rather than streaming services. The main TVs in the living room and bedrooms are also smart wall-mounted TVs. Unless there is a severe storm you will have high-speed internet & TV service as you will not be competing for WiFi use with other guests in the complex. We also provide DVD players in the living room as well as in the bedrooms, and we have some DVDs located in the cabinet along with games for the family. We also have a couple of children’s books located in the cabinet next to the bunk beds.

Yes, we love dogs, we are pet friendly, up to two SMALL well-behaved dogs 2 years and older (sorry no puppies, aggressive breeds, or large dogs) only upon approval with a non-refundable pet deposit. Dogs are not allowed on the beach or condo common areas.

The unit was great! Super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, lots of towels for bath and kitchen. Beautiful Vacation Spot

We absolutely loved our time here! The proximity to the beach was perfect for our family. I loved that this unit had the patio and grassy area right outside the door. Inside, the unit is decorated beautifully and was very clean. There was more than enough space for our family of 4. My kids (9 and 10) loved the bunkbeds. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots/pans, and utensils for the meals we cooked. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. We enjoyed it so much we can't wait to go back. The condo was perfect and exactly as described. The gorgeous updates makes it like a 5 star resort with a family feel. The location to the beach and pool was so convenient and easy for our small children. We can't wait to go back! Low Key and Good Location

Simple condo with adequate parking. Right on the beach! We enjoyed multiple beautiful sunsets from the porch and liked that we could just open the windows and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. Easy access to restaurants and groceries. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a feast for both Christmas and New Years.

A different side of Destin

We enjoyed the property and the update inside were very nice. The only downside was the fact the property was supposed to be pet friendly but the space for dogs wasn't even close to the condo.

Comfortable Stay with Pet!

We enjoyed a few days in this adorably decorated beach condo with our 13 year old mini doodle for his first visit to the beach. We were all comfortable and had a relaxing time. We were able to walk our dog across the street to the pet relief area and he got to see the beach from the public access entry bridge. We loved the easy and quick walk to the beach and the chair service was as an added bonus! The condo furnishings were perfect for our stay and we tried a few restaurants with sunset dinners! We liked the quieter beach atmosphere here as opposed to Destin or Seaside. Heather was a responsive host each time I had questions. I would book with her again!

This is the best “home away from home” I’ve ever stayed at. Very very clean throughout. It is well stocked and has all dishes and cookware you need to cook full meals. Full size appliances work wonderful. Coffee makers, blenders and other small appliances were an added plus! All linens and towels that a family of four needs. Everything is very nice and clean. Very well decorated and felt very comfortable. Owner is a great with communication. They have organized and decorated this unit very well. Thank you for a wonderful And worryfree stay!! Btw the entrance to the beach from this unit is perfect:)

Right on the Beach

Condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed the fact that it was ground-level and we could avoid needing the elevators when taking out our kids and all of our beach gear. Very well stocked kitchen with all the pots/pans/spice necessities. Our kids loved the bunk beds and individualized tv choices. We never had any problem with internet or TVs connecting, which has frequently been an issue for us at other condos. We also appreciated the amount of stocked towels and wash clothes that allowed our large family to shower all week without having to go to a laundromat just for towels. It was nice being in a condo with less units, as it made the pool and beach area less crowded than other nearby facilities. Great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere right on the beach!

My stay experience

Property was under major construction and I didn’t feel safe in the area. The property owner with this condo is super nice & great at communicating with anything that went wrong & needing fixing. She was kind to reimburse me some money when the washing machine broke & I couldn’t get my blanket out of of the washing machine. The insight manager Jackie is super nice & was extremely helpful! They had to send a plumber to fix the sink & she communicated that being broken before our arrival. Great host but property needs updating & construction zone cleaned up and completed. All the laundry rooms needed new washing machines installed! The pool was cleaner than the building itself & the convenient walk to the beach was great! Inside this unit the kitchen was clean and had plenty of appliances and dishes! The towels were cleaned and well stocked. The floors had sand & were dirty & I personally mopped the floors because they were dirty. My feet were black from walking on the floors, the shower curtain was moldy & nasty so I removed the plastic shower curtain from the shower, and the ceiling fans in my master bedroom had an inch of dust on them. They need cleaning and dusting.

Following the purchase of our home in Mississippi, we decided to take a quick trip to the Gulf Coast in search of an area that would be comparable to the beaches in California. What we found in Fort Walton Beach far exceeded our expectations.

We have been fortunate enough to have visited some incredible beaches around the world, but nothing tops the sweet sugar sand found at Fort Walton Beach. The emerald water crashing onto the white sands is amazing and the sand is so soft it actually squeaks when you walk on it.

Our beachfront condo is steps from the powdery beach, yet just a short drive to the popular Destin Resort area. This allows you to enjoy a quiet and relaxed beach experience while having the option for a robust, lively atmosphere.
