The sound-side beach has private parking for Bias Shores guests only and has a lighted walkway leading to the beach and pier. Watch luscious Outer Banks sunsets from the pier or beach or let you favorite four-legged friend splash away in the shallows of the sound. This neighborhood is filled with a variety of adventures, meaning it's sure to delight all members of the family. Enjoy the luxury of your own Private Pool and warm, bubbly Hot Tub after a long day of exploring everything that the Outer Banks has to offer.

On the Ground Level, enjoy a swim in the large Private Pool* and relax in the warm, bubbly Hot Tub after a day of frolicking in the surf and sand. Pass by the Outdoor Showers that are perfect for rinsing up after enjoying a day in the sand at the Bias Lane Beach Access which is only a 5-minute walk away. Play some Volleyball in the backyard and enjoy the large, grassy yard that's perfect for the kiddos to enjoy as this quiet neighborhood makes it easy to relax in what feels like your own private resort. Cook up something delicious on the Charcoal Grill and be sure to bring plenty of treats for the family pooch, since your dog is welcome to vacation with you at A Spotted Duck!

Inside the Ground Level, burn off steam with a game of Pool in the Game Room and enjoy some delicious snacks and beverages at the Wet Bar with Ice Maker and Microwave. There's also a sliding glass door right by the Flat Screen TV that will take you out to the Pool Area for easy access to relaxation and outdoor fun. Get the kiddos all set up in the downstairs Bedroom with a Bunk Bed and a Twin and the nearby Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk and a Trundle, as well as a Full Hallway Bathroom that keeps everyone comfortable. You'll also find the Laundry on this level, so washing those sandy clothes and beach towels will be easy as pie to take care of on your way to the rest of the house.

Upstairs on the Middle Level, you'll find all the peace and quiet you need to rest up for a fun week of Outer Banks adventures and trips to the beach. Get some rest in the beautiful King Master Bedroom or Queen Master Bedroom, each with its own Private Bathrooms. There's also another Queen Bedroom nearby and a Full Hallway Bathroom for everyone to share. Enjoy access to the Mid-Level Covered Deck that provides the perfect space for quiet mornings over a cup of coffee and a magazine. Relax in the Mid-Level Sitting Area with cozy furniture and bright light from the Mid-Level Deck as you enjoy family board games or a fun beach read.

On the Top Level, have fun as a family in the brightly lit, gorgeous Living Area with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the Furnished Sun Deck with gorgeous views of the surrounding foliage and landscape. Watch a movie together on the Flat Screen TV and whip up a delicious seafood spectacular in the spacious Kitchen. Enjoy together as a family in the Dining Area or at the Breakfast Bar with additional stool seating for 4. When it's time for some rest, enjoy the Top-Level Master Bedroom with lots of natural light and light, airy furnishings and decor. Drive, bring your bikes, or walk on the pedestrian path to downtown Duck and enjoy all the town has to offer. This convenient location puts you less than 1 mile away from the Village of Duck where you'll find fresh seafood, a gourmet market, a produce stand, women's boutiques, bike rentals, amazing restaurants, water sports gear and outdoor clothing, great bookstores, toy stores, art galleries, gift shops and so much more. All of the stores are locally owned and operated and so close together that shopping can be an all-day event on foot! Scarborough Faire Shopping Center features unique shops and eateries, and also delicious restaurants like Fishbones Raw Bar & Restaurant and Roadside Bar & Grill! For more upscale dining, you'll find the Blue Point Grill, the Paper Canoe, and the Sanderling Resort. Or opt to head South to the Aquarium and have lunch on the way back at Johns Drive-In, a classic drive-in shack (open May-October) specializing in thick milkshakes, burgers, and fried fish sandwiches located at milepost 4.5. Go North to visit the lighthouse, play a round of Mini Golf, enjoy some ice cream or see the Wild Horses of Corolla, take lots of pictures but remember not to feed the horses!
