Need a heated pool and maybe its time time to buy a new hot tub. Kitchen was awesome and well equipped. Beautiful neighborhood, beach passes were a nice bonus.

Overall, this was an excellent property and easily ranked as the number one spot for our family compared to all of our recent trips in terms of price and value. The amenities were top-notch—we loved the pool, the ping pong table, and especially the overhead speaker system throughout the entire house for music and communication. The beach was also convenient, being just a short walk away. The pictures online do not do the actual property justice; it was even more amazing in person. Loved this place so much! We have done around 15 trips over the last 3 years, OBX, Kiawah Island, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Key West, Punta Cana and so forth. Best place ever!!The only drawback we experienced was the policy regarding check-in. A 4:00 PM check-in time feels quite late, and we were disappointed that an early check-in was not permitted. Given that cleaning staff arrived right at 10:05 AM as we were checking out, the rigid check-in time is the primary reason we would hesitate to book with the management company again in the future.Despite that issue, we thoroughly enjoyed the property itself and the wonderful amenities provided for families.

The property was as advertised . It fit our family of 10 with room to spare. We enjoyed the pool and large kitchen. It was nice having more than enough bathrooms as well. We will keep Beach Bound in mind the next time we visit the outer banks.
