The cottage, originally built in 1899, is located in the heart of Old Colorado City, and is a short walk to galleries, pubs, restaurants and stores. The Midland Trail is a quick bike ride away and runs from Manitou Springs all the way into downtown. A short drive of 10 minutes or less and you you can be on some of the best hiking trails in southern Colorado; including Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon Open Space and many trails on Pikes Peak. Off street parking available.
