¡Bienvenido a "Yellow House", Pacific Grove! Inicio para hasta 8 personas.

Una casa de vacaciones de ensueño hecha realidad con cuartos de huéspedes: la casa principal tiene 2437 pies cuadrados, 4 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños y capacidad para 8 personas en 2 reyes (o divididos en 4 gemelos) y 2 camas queen.

La suite de invitados es de 700 pies cuadrados, 1 dormitorio, 1 baño y tiene capacidad para 2 adultos o 2 adultos y 2 niños pequeños: 1 king (o dividida en 2 gemelos); 1 sofá cama doble en el salón. Para más información ver # 3119.

Los cuartos principal y de invitados se pueden alquilar por separado o juntos. Si se alquilan juntos, se emitirán contratos separados.

Brillante y soleado por dentro y por fuera, este 5 dormitorios con tejas amarillas de principios de siglo, a solo un tiro de piedra del sendero de recreación que conduce a la playa protegida en Lovers Point en Pacific Grove y más allá, es el sueño de un turista. Estás tan cerca de la Bahía de Monterey que puedes escuchar a las focas ladrar y ver las olas en la costa rocosa desde la sala de estar, el comedor y el dormitorio principal. La espaciosa casa principal tiene 4 habitaciones, dos con camas king (que se pueden convertir en dos gemelas) y dos habitaciones con camas queen.

El salón es luminoso y alegre con vistas al océano y una chimenea. La cocina comedor blanca brillante totalmente equipada se abre a un comedor más grande con capacidad para 12.

Una cubierta trasera con parrillas de carbón y gas brinda privacidad para cocinar al aire libre o simplemente relajarse.
Hay una lavadora y secadora en el garaje.

Suite de invitados adyacente sobre el garaje con vista al mar desde el dormitorio también está disponible para alquiler a un costo adicional (y contrato por separado). Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful birthday celebration with my family. We stayed in the Yellow House. It was beautiful inside and out with the best stocked kitchen I have ever experienced. Sanctuary really does a better job than others. We talked to them to get our check in code and check out details the old fashioned way. They were great. Always helpful. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. House has a million dollar location.

This is a beautiful well taken care of older home with lots of character. The decor is a mix of the old with the new including newer appliances, and updated electrical systems! The clawfoot tub wasn't available due to a leak The kitchen is perfect for multiple people to work in with 2 sinks, and all the kitchen accessories and tableware are well selected and coordinated. Irma the owner is a lovely lady who cares a great deal about children so none of the windows will open beyond the point where they can crawl out! Not to worry there are plenty of tower fans to help move the air, however you're very close to the ocean, & can hear the waves, so air moves! ! The proximity of the house to the walking trails along the coast and sites like the Aquarium are all close by and easy to get to in about 5-10 minutes. Right across the street is a stunner Victorian B&B that you can sit in the bay window view as well as the ocean. All the neighborhood houses are well maintained and you feel very safe in the area. Our family absolutely loved our time in The Yellow House, and everyone [8 of us from 3 mo to 78], especially our almost 3 Toddler wanted to stay longer and not go home just yet! We definitely plan on returning to The Yellow House again!!

We had the best week at the big yellow house for my Birthday. The location was perfect and within walking distance to town. The only thing we were sad about was the tub was not working. I would definitely stay again, we didn’t want to leave!!

The location is perfect for exploring not only Pacific Grove but also the rest of the Monterey Peninsula. Great restaurants and shopping close.

Needing a little maintenance

Beautiful location and view. Well laid out and well stocked kitchen. Lots of spaces for socializing. But, too many notes starting with "please don't." Broken bathroom door latch, tub that couldn't be used, no shoes in house, window shades that can't be adjusted, finicky lock box and front door latch, only one key available for use by 6 adults. I will probably book another place next time.

Oceanside House with Cottage feel

The view, location and energy of this house can’t be overstated. Simply gorgeous. The decor and fixtures are all dated but this somehow adds to the charm. The king bed was VERY comfortable- no complaints from the other sleepers. The tv in the master suite is very old and I couldn’t get it to work. The clawfoot tub was not functional. No AC but it wasn’t needed. It would get warm inside for about two hours late each afternoon. At night it would get chilly; and this despite the fact that the windows don’t work or barely open. Irma was lovely to deal with. But again, and this is important: the houses overall feel was lovely. The location was perfect (there’s a little cove with tide pools and sandy area less than 100m from the door). So relaxing and comfortable. You want this rental unless you’re a stickler for modern amenities. Beach vibe from old Cali. Thanks Irma! Dave

We loved this house. It was so "homey," and the view was beyond beautiful. We all took morning walks because the house was across the street from the walking trail.

Beautiful View and Cozy House

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Had plenty of room for 8. Location to the shore and views are stunning. Every morning was welcomed by the sound of the waves. Also walkable to Cannery and Wharf to enjoy the scenes. Homeowner was very approachable and enjoyable to talk to. When we checked in, she made herself available in case anything was needed so we felt comfortable.

Our favorite location

Once again, the Yellow House was amazing. It has become our go to place for family vacations with our son and his family. The location is perfect - beautiful views and walking distance to Lover's Point and Cannery Row and the Aquarium. We are are already looking forward to our next visit.

Great home in beautiful location

The house is very comfortable and spacious with a well equipped kitchen and a great location just steps from the ocean. We enjoyed off street parking for two cars and a handy washer and drier. We walked to Lovers Point, Pacific Grove ( restaurants, movies), Cannery Row the wharf, and a nice grocery store. We enjoyed a lovely 2-week stay.

Ocean View

The location of this vintage home property is excellent for enjoying both Pacific Grove and Monterey. Just a short walk to Lovers Point, the Beach House restaurant, book stores and thrift shops. Another 10 minute walk and you are at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. Last but not least the view from this home is beautiful!

Terrific Location

We were in Monterey for our son's wedding. We had 6 adults in the house and still an extra room! We were very comfortable. The location couldn't be better. Lovely home with stunning views of the ocean.

My family had the pleasure of staying at a stunning beach view VRBO house in Pacific Grove, California, and I am still glowing with joy from the experience. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had stumbled upon a true gem. This tranquil haven, nestled near the Monterey Aquarium, exceeded all my expectations and delivered an unforgettable vacation. The location of this VRBO house is simply unbeatable. Situated right off the beach, i woke up every morning to the soothing sound of crashing waves and the gentle touch of the ocean breeze. It was a dream come true for any beach lover. Plus, being so close to the Monterey Aquarium was an absolute bonus. I found myself wandering through fascinating underwater worlds by day and returning to my own private oasis by night. As I stepped inside, I was immediately struck by the tasteful and elegant design of the historic house. Every detail had been meticulously thought out, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity. The interior boasted a perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm, with spacious rooms, plush furniture, and large windows that offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the carefully selected artwork to the cozy beach-themed decor. The beds were the most comfy I have ever had on vacation! And the owners are simply the best: there for any questions or needs but completely unobtrusive. We will definitely be back. This is my perfect vacation experience.
