Spacious and cozy 3 room apartment for up to 9 guests - Central, but quiet and inexpensive - to explore a perfect starting point to Dresden and its environs.

Located on the 2nd floor we offer a 3 - room apartment with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony. The apartment size is 86 m² and is suitable for 3-9 persons. Much of the Wänder was embellished by a resident artist with great paintings.

The living hall with a sofa-bed (folding - Sofa: 1.40 m) equipped and a large dining table. The three bedrooms each have a single bed, two of the bedrooms also have a double bed.

+ Internet lies in the apartment.
+ Every 14 days there is a free cleaning.
+ Parking for your car is located directly at the house.

The "Apartment House Dresden University" is located near the University of Dresden and near the historic city center of Dresden. The old town with Frauenkirche, Semper Opera and all the main tourists attractions are about 10 minutes by tram. In the immediate vicinity you will find several shops, as well as bus and train stations. The Dresden main station is reachable in 5 minutes by train. The property is located on the Weißeritz and has a beautiful garden.

Problemloser Check-in, gemütliche Altbauwohnung, liebevoll dekoriert, genügend Handtücher verfügbar! Die Schlafräume lassen sich nicht vollständig abdunkeln, wer da empfindlich ist, sollte eine Schlafmaske mitbringen. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, ca 10 Minuten Fahrt bis zur Innenstadt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
