Absolutely wonderful stay at John’s place for a week in July! Perfect location, gorgeous view, layout was perfect for our family! Enjoyed a week here relaxing & loving the beach & pool! Came with our children & grandchildren. Our daughter got engaged on the beach in front of the property while we were here! John is amazing to deal with! We will be back for sure!

The property is exactly as it is described. Access to the beach is out the front door. The kitchen is amazingly stocked. The communication with the host, John, was seamless.I would recommend this property highly to anyone who wants a dream vacation on the West Coast of Florida.

We stayed the 1st week of June,2026. The property was everything we hoped for!! Great for large families wanting a pool and steps to the beach. This house has everything you need!! Kitchen fully equipped. Beach toys,a ton!! Very kid friendly with a fence around the pool. The added putting green was a hit for adults and toddlers! The patio area has a fire pit, plenty of seating and fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a TV. This property is located in a uncongested area of IRB. Beautiful sunsets!!!

We just returned from our adult vacation to Indian Rocks Beach and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay! We will be booking again in the future! The home, location and description were accurate! A short drive from the airport (PIE). Gary and Kay were extremely helpful throughout our stay!

Family Vacation

Our best-ever family beach vacation experience!

Our family of seven very much enjoyed our stay and vacation at this beachfront home. The house was clean and offered everything we needed to have an enjoyable vacation. The host, Kay and Gary, were very nice and was very responsive to any communications. The home is right on the beach which made it very nice to access. Our granddaughter enjoyed the sand toys they had available for guest. We would definitely stay again at this home.

Great Thanksgiving Beach Vacay

Everything about our stay was excellent! The house was clean, extremely roomy, and had all of the accommodations we could have needed. Hosts were always available to answer questions. We would definitely recommend to anyone going to this beautiful area!!
