This fantastic 2nd-floor oceanfront condo at Colony Reef Club offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and beach. Enjoy the soothing sound of Atlantic waves crashing on the shore. Located in the gated Colony Reef Club complex, it features two pools (indoor heated and oceanfront), tennis (pickleball & racquetball) courts, a playground, and a workout room. Seaside Sunrise is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, sand-filled vacation!

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with an attached bathroom, while the second guest room offers a queen and full bed along with a cozy sleeping nook with two twin beds. For families with little ones, there's a pack ‘n play and highchair available. Fresh linens and towels, both bath and beach, are provided, along with a beach cart and chairs. The kitchen is upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, stocked with all the utensils and bakeware you’ll need to prepare a feast. The spacious balcony is perfect for grilling shrimp on the provided electric grill and enjoying al fresco dining with the outdoor furniture and table.

Accessing the beach is easy via the newly renovated boardwalk. Seaside Sunrise comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Book now to start making unforgettable beach memories!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

We loved this 3 bedroom condo. It was clean, updated and fully stocked. Great location to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the large, clean pool, sauna and of course the beautiful beach a short boardwalk away. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. Would definitely come back!

Great location and property. The pool and hot tub close early. If you want a place where there won’t be any evening noise from the pool area, it’s great. If you want to be able to take a night dip, that won’t be an option.

Nice condo and complex

We really enjoyed our stay at seaside sunrise at colony reef club. The condo was clean and offered everything we needed for our beach vacation. We had an issue with one of the toilets. Management came and fixed the problem right away. The complex was also very nice and convenient to grocery stores and tourists attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice unit, lots of space and well equipped, enjoyed the margarita machine, too! Third bedroom area was just what we needed with three teenage kids, worked out perfectly. Nice ocean view and walking distance to pool and ocean was short. Pool area was great, and grassy area in center of complex was great for kids to setup volleyball net and play with new friends they made during the week. Unit provided decent beach chairs and beach wagon, which came in very handy. Would stay at same unit next time.

Beautiful, oceanfront condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaside Sunrise! The name of the condo is VERY fitting as we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee, and watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning. The condo was clean, cozy, and cutely decorated. The amenities including the pool, hot tub, easy beach access, and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine were great… We’d definitely stay again at this property!!

Stayed 7/9-7/16, our family had a great week. Views from balcony are great. Easy access to beach, especially with the beach cart to haul all gear. Unit is great, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything needed. Plenty of towels and beach towels to use. Washer and dryer are great amenity all families will enjoy. Fabulous weekend at the beach

We stayed here 5/19-2/23. We live about 45 minutes inland and rent beachfront homes/condos often. This is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Super cute beachy decor, unit fully stocked with lots of towels, kitchen items, beach gear, games, etc. I think we were the first renters for this new owner. Everything was fresh and like new. We celebrated our college son's bday and had friends of ours and both the kids come out and help us celebrate. Everyone was very impressed with the unit. Will hope to stay here again in the future.
