Enjoy a beautiful view of both the outdoor pool and the ocean from this 2nd floor condo. With a spacious living room and plenty of seating, this condo is great for everyone in the family to gather and watch the sunrise from the balcony or enjoy a movie night in, at the end of a long day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes a stackable washer and dryer and both traditional and K-cup coffee machines. A Weber Electric Grill is provided on the balcony. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed & twin bed, and the smaller third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest” has twin bunk beds perfect for small children, and a very small love seat that converts to a bed for a child. The condo has a new swivel rocker/recliner and sofa in the living room along with brand new windows and doors to catch the beautiful morning sunrise. The dining area offers a table and four chairs and barstools for additional seating (there are extra folding chairs in the closet).

The condo is equipped with private Wi-Fi and has TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. Roku TV has been added to all of the TV's that are also equipped with over 100 cable TV channels.

We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a 2-3 minute walk. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages.

And Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
