The space
The house provides an incredible 4-bedroom space to fit an entire family, or two. The fully equipped kitchen has custom granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances to make your cooking experience a breeze. With 4 bedrooms featuring beds from king to twin sizes, you are sure to find the right size for your comfort and everyone else's. The additional game room features a sleep sofa to add extra comfort for your stay. The lanai consists of plenty space to relax and unwind with lounge chairs or in the pool to take a break from the Florida heat. Whether you stay for 1 night or 100 nights, this home will be your perfect getaway!

I wanted to let you know that we are offering the use of the Weber barbecue grill for a fee. If you're interested, please let me know so we can set it out for you. It'll be $50 ($25/grill use and $25 cleaning). If you clean the grill yourself, please let us know so we can refund the $25. Thank you for your understanding.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time: 11:00am. Door code will not work 1 hour after checkout time. There will be a $35 fee to request the property manager to come give you access after 12 pm. Thanks for your understanding.
Remember to rinse the dirty dishes and put them in the dishwasher, add the dish capsule and run the load. Don't leave any dishes in the sink. Start the dishwasher using the quick wash setting
Place all used towels on the laundry room floor. Bring out all trash and put them in the trash container outside. If check out on Monday, roll the bin(s) to the curb for pick up Tuesday morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please drink responsibly. We'll charge $300-500 fee if there is damage related to alcoholic consumption or parties.

This house is exactly as they describe, it’s clean, has everything you will need for your stay, and the owners are the best, they will respond to any question you have almost immediately. Relaxing month of March in the sunshine

Very nice house. Great location if you want to take advantage of Disney, Universal, etc. Proximity to these venues is excellent. Orlando and it's surrounding cities are very busy with high volumes of traffic. There are no bike paths nearby but we were still able to go for long rides using sidewalks and some bike lanes on roadways.

My kids and I stayed here for a week. It was great clean and the pictures are true. They were very responsive when there was a light pit and fixed it right away. The pool was a good size neighborhood was quiet. Not far from stores or Disney. The house is clean which I can definitely appreciate. I would stay here again. I she stayed at several different VRBO locations but this one was the best one yet. No issues no bugs very responsive. Just keep in mind which this is not related to the house traffic can be a bit rough but again nothing to do with the house itself just in general.

Wonderful Stay

First off, the communication between Kameron and myself was great. Responses were quick whenever I had a question or concern. The house was clean and updated with everything we needed to assist us with our stay. We have a large family, and the house was able to accommodate everyone, even when we had a stay-at-home day. Also, Kameron was able to get the house ready for us a few hours earlier than check-in due to us arriving in town a few hours ahead of schedule. That was a tremendous benefit as I was already driving for about 15 hours and ready to lay down lol.. Will definitely consider using this property again when we come back down next year.

Nice property and plenty of room.

This home was very clean and spacious. It was a Dollar Store right down the street and a Publix maybe 5 minutes away. I give this property 4 stars because it was not any washcloths, however it was only large towels. We didn’t bother contacting the owner bc it was late when we arrived and we wanted to shower and go to bed so we just went to the Dollar Store and bought a pack. Other than no small towels/washcloths this is a great property to rent.

And if you enjoy zip lining, there is an Orlando Tree Trek that is only 10 minutes away. Or if you're the type who would enjoy a clear 74 degree swimming stream, there are many springs north of the property that I think you and your family will love.
