The kitchen immediately impresses with sleek granite countertops, charcoal stainless appliances, and an oversized island with seating for four—ideal for casual breakfasts or evening cocktails, especially with extras like an air fryer and espresso machine at your fingertips. Just beyond, the dining area comfortably seats six and overlooks the sparkling pool through sliding glass doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The living room blends cozy and modern with boho-inspired touches, an L-shaped sofa perfect for lounging, a smart TV, and even an Xbox for added entertainment, all opening directly to the patio.



Outside, your private oasis awaits. The covered patio features a shaded overhang with a loveseat and chaise seating for three — perfect for escaping the Florida sun while still enjoying the warm breeze. Fire up the gas grill for an al fresco meal, or opt for the charcoal grill if you prefer that classic cookout experience. Bedroom #3 is Mickey themed and includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Arrival and Parking:

o Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles; the resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (or 3 large passenger vans).

o When you arrive at the community, please stop first at the 24-hour manned guardhouse located on Oasis Club Blvd (nearest to the home).

• Security dispatch services and a complimentary shuttle bus are available within the community, providing transportation to and from the Oasis and Retreat Club. Contact information for both services will be provided prior to arrival.

• Miscellaneous Fee(s):

o Pool heat optional, $29 a night. 48 hour notice needed.

o Grill rental optional, $95. 48 hour notice needed.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;

o (1) located in the front foyer and actively monitoring the walkway at entry,

o (2) located above the sliding glass door and actively monitoring the pool area.

• Portable crib and high chair provided.
