Welcome to The Luxe, a beautifully designed 4 bedroom oasis in south Palm Springs. Located in the elegant and historic Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood, it is a 4min drive from Downtown Palm Springs.
Come enjoy this Mid-Century Modern 1850sqft home with 4 bedrooms, 2 in each wing of the house providing everyone with privacy.
Every space of this house is instagrammable.
With a fine balance of color and elegance, Mirage Rose is the quintessential Palm Springs retreat!

As soon as your enter the home you will be welcomed by a custom pink wall and floral wallpaper, leading you to the heart of the home: a fully stocked chef's kitchen with everything you need to cook a 3-course gourmet meal.
The backyard is the gem of the home, with expansive mountain views and ficus trees surrounding the property it is the perfect place to unwind from everything. The outdoor grill, expansive covered patio, chaise loungers and daybed mean you can spend all day outside!
Indoor-outdoor living at its best!
All the amenities you can ask for are provided, including WIFI, a washer and dryer, plush linen, pool towels and pool floats.
Pool heat is optional and available for a fee of $75 per night. The pool heating is for the entire stay. Pet fee: $150. These fees will be requested after booking but prior to the check in.
**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (8 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (4 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
