Villa Cloud 9 ha sido recientemente completamente renovada y equipada con los mejores electrodomésticos, muebles, ropa de cama, sábanas y toallas cómodas y de alta calidad.

Disfrute de todo lo que espera de estar en casa, mientras se encuentra en el paraíso: cocina totalmente equipada (y parrilla al aire libre), habitaciones amplias con baño privado, camas acogedoras, internet, televisión por cable e incluso un generador. ¡Hemos puesto en marcha para que nuestra casa de vacaciones esté lista para usted!

Piña Village está muy bien situado en la parte oriental de la isla - lejos del bullicio de cruceros y cerca de las playas más bonitas. Un paseo en coche de unos 8 minutos para poder llegar al muelle del ferry en Red Hook. Muchos restaurantes y bares te esperan en Red Hook también.

Amazing stay!

The house was well stocked and so comfortable, we all felt right at home the entire stay. The front patio has a lovely garden to view as you eat and cook. Overall, my family was very comfortable and happy here! We love this house and recommend it to anyone visiting St Thomas.Thank you B and Marianne for the wonderful stay and Hoo!

Great vacation

This property is well taken care of. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were the perfect size. It is a lovely place to stay. It was a 5 minute walk to Coki beach. 2 minute walk to MargaritaVille. Close to the ferry to go to St. John’s and I highly recommend taking the trip. It was a perfect place for our family and we are very grateful it was available! Thank you

Family spring break

Very nice place with a lot of space. Nice pool onsite and easy to get to local beaches. Restaurant at the resort next door within walking distance.

Great place to stay!

The condo itself has plenty of room and had everything we could ever need for the time we were there. So spacious that my kids and I each had our own full bath attached to our bedrooms. The only disappointing thing for us was that the beach that was steps away was not swimmable.

Wonderful stay

Overall, we had a nice stay at the condo. The unit was spacious and up to date. There are coolers, beach chairs and pool noodles available for use. Margaritaville’s beach is not useable but coki is a quick walk.

Perfect place to stay!

This place was perfect for our stay. 3 large bedrooms each with its own bath. A great modern kitchen. The patio spaces are spacious and private. Veronica took great care of us. Due to hurricanes there wasn’t any cable or internet but that is an issue all over the island. It’s location is ideal!

Very nice property. Few little things can be improved- towels, pillows... but overall a wonderful location and roomy condo with great space and patio. Considering damage to Islands by Irma—the place, town and whole islands area amazingly resilient! Long live the Saints!!

Best vacation ever

Everything about this property is fantastic. We should ayes here for six nights and enjoyed everything about our accommodations. We were met at the property by the manager that showed us around and how to run all of appliances. The villa is very centrally located near several beaches and restaurants. The walled patio was perfect for privacy and to corral our young grandchildren where we felt safe. The adjacent Margaritaville had nightly entertainment which we enjoyed. We highly recommend this property.

A great escape

We loved our stay here. We were very comfortable and had no problems with the villa. It was great to have so much space. We also loved having a kitchen to eat quick and easy meals that weren’t at a restaurant.(extra important during the pandemic) the pool was great for the kids and the scenery was beautiful. There weren’t usable beach chairs at the villa, but that didn’t bother us at all. Thank you!

Great Location! Nice clean unit and surrounding area!

This condo was perfect for our family visit. Clean, accommodating and we loved the layout. We all felt like we had our own spaces to go to when we needed a little time away from each other. Veronica the house keeper was great. She made sure we had what we needed every day for the unit and the beach. Great location on east end. Not in the hustle of the crews ships and the location was safe and secure. Its location next to Margaritaville was convenient for food and drink when we were tired and didn't want to venture out for the evening. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Dream Vacation

The house is perfect! it has three huge bedrooms, each with its en-suite, and a large living room with yet another full bathroom. There was more space than needed for our group of 8 with 4 adults and four kids. The house is very tastefully decorated and fully equipped, including the high-end kitchen. it has a very nice small beach of its own (common to Pineapple village and Windham resort), and one of the best snorkeling Coki beach only 3 minutes away. In a short 5 min drive is probably one of the best beaches on the island - the Lindquist beach, and in 20 min drive the famous Magens bay. The house is located on the north shore of St Thomas, which is a big plus as it is away from the cruise ship routes and not crowded as a result. One of the best vacations ever! hope to come back to St Thomas, and again to the Blazing villa.

Fantastic Condo for Family

We had a great time here over the Christmas holidays. The owners were very responsive and the property manager met us on Christmas Eve to get us checked in. The only thing we didn’t find was pot holders but we got that fixed right away. The condo was exactly as described and the weather was beautiful considering is was 22 when we left home , you can ask for much more. Previous guests must have left a few staples and once we realized how expensive items are we opted to leave some of the items in the pantry or fridge rather than toss them. There was also sunscreen and aloe plus shampoo and conditioner from previous guests which we found while looking for the hair dryer. I would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to visit again. I will say don’t be surprised when your map directs you to the Margaritaville Resort- just go through the security gate and turn left before the Margaritaville main building. It was nice to be able to use all of the Margaritaville shops, restaurants and beach but if you walk about 7-10 mins you can visit Coki Beach which is so much nicer- take the walk!!!

Excellent stay

Overall, we had an excellent stay at this property. The condo is clean and comfortable. The community pool was beautiful -- large and never crowded, with plenty of lounge chairs and places to sit in both sun and shade. Parking was easy and it was nice to have a car both for excursions (jet ski rentals, snorkel trips) as well as to get groceries and go to restaurants in Red Hook. A couple notes/caveats: if you are sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask. The curtains in the bedrooms are not light-blocking and there are some windows in the bedrooms without any coverings. Also, when we arrived, the air conditioning in one bedroom was not working and there was no hot water. It was over a weekend/Christmas holiday, so it took a little while to get fixed, but the owner was super responsive and got it done. By the time we were leaving, a week later, the air conditioning in two of the bedrooms seemed to be struggling a bit, but it was good enough with the ceiling fans. Still, we would happily return to this property. It was a very nice place and the owners were very prompt and responsive in communicating and responding to any concerns.

Great location with lots of room

Property was just as advertised, with lots of room for the 6 of us. Short walking distance to Coki beach with great snorkeling. Margarita I’ll is a few doors down with great drinks. I would absolutely com here again

We were very happy with our stay. It was more spacious than we had anticipated and the pool was very accessible and huge. The owner provided great beach suggestions, as well as, where best to pick up groceries during our stay. She was on point with follow-up information whenever requested as well.

Great central location

Loved it here!! Spacious living area and kitchen along with 3 large bedroom suites. Separate laundry area was great also. Very private and personal space outside. Enjoyed coffee , breakfast, barbecue s and late night fun right outside your door. Neighbors were great as well. Coki beach was our go-to. Made many local friends there. Red hook is 5 minute drive for St. John’s ferry as well as night life and great food and fun everywhere. Hooked is best breakfast place . Sooo goood! My 4 th year in st Thomas and would love to come back right here

Clean, spacious, great base

This was a great base location and property for a stay in Saint Thomas! Everything is as the photos depict - clean and beautiful, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. For our family of 6 people, it was such a bonus to have 4 showers available after beaching!! We had problems with the shower water temperature which were corrected very soon after we asked for assistance, so I would say the hosts are very attentive and friendly. Condo is located on Margaritaville property - Margaritaville restaurant we ate at for convenience our first night and it was the most expensive meal we had in St Thomas - look elsewhere if you can (the place that is recommended that is a short walk on the beach was practicaly full and no table had food on it so we judged it to be a no go. There is an awesome little take-away buffet style local food joint right next to a convenience store that I wish I had known about - that was some of the most delicious food and it is not on yelp or anything - that would have been the perfect easy first night food. Hotel beach is suffering from seaweed issues, but other local beaches are nearby and gorgeous. We'd absolutely stay here again were we to come to St Thomas!

Great Place

This Condo has the perfect setup for a family to stay at. The property was very clean and it had everything there to make your stay enjoyable. Utensils, dishes, plates, pots & pans were all easily accessible and in great condition. I would love to stay there again.

I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed June 7-16, 2021 with my husband and four children ages 7-16. Very spacious villa on secure property. Great pool. Had it ourselves most times. The property manager Nadine and staff were very helpful. Minor issue with dishwasher which in no way affected our stay. Management did offer to fix it while we were there. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Family Vacation

Spacious and comfortable

Perfect location and stay

Everything about this place was exactly as described! Location was great, everyone was helpful, the Margaritaville beach and restaurant were so close, the beds were extremely comfortable... I could go on!

Marc and Marianne Blazar have lived on the island of St. Thomas for 20 years. Our kids were born there and grew up in Pineapple Village. Our son Julian is now a partner in this newly renovated villa.

Close proximity and short drive to Red Hook, which boasts many great restaurants, bars, shops and ferries to St. John and the British Virgin Islands.
