                                                                            My husband and I stayed for 3 months (April-June 2017) with our 13 lb dog. All three of us loved it! The landlords, Marty & Lauren, were very helpful and gave great suggestions for restaurants and activities. Our dog fell in love with Marty and we think the feeling was mutual! The apartment really does have these views, the property is beautifully landscaped, and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Chirping birds and crowing roosters replaced the sounds we normally hear in the city, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets are frequent. If you're a hiker, there is a great walk down to the beach; just remember that you have to walk back up quite a steep hill - great for exercise. The apartment is spacious and was well stocked with various toiletries and food. The king sized bed was very comfortable, and we found the kitchen to be very functional for a long stay. Although there is no air conditioning, with fans and cool mountain breezes, we didn't miss A/C even in June/early July. We rented a car and spent time all over the island during our stay, and found the location of the apartment to be very convenient to most of the places we regularly went. We would stay at this apartment again in a heartbeat; in fact, we have already inquired about an even longer stay next time.

                                                                            Loved our stay at the "Springhouse"!! As advertised, everything was laid out in meticulous manner by the host. Summer vacation with my wife , daughter (14) and son (9). We had issues finding the place due to T-mobile but the host met us at a landmark down the hill. St. Thomas is a great beach haven and the location was close to the spots we wanted. Driving on the left takes some getting used to...but worth the learning curve ( St. Thomas is very mountainous ). If you're looking for a nicely appointed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and willing to unplug and detox - this is the place!!!
