Highly recommended!

Thank you very much for being so accommodating with our stay! It was very clean, had all the essentials plus extra and we really liked how we had our own private patio. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

Great stay

My son had lacrosse games at Stony University and this was a perfect stay for us and our small dog. It was also very close to everything and only 18 mins from the LIRR . Cynthia was great to work with!

Very nice apartment

The host was accommodating to our request to check in early. Which was great since we traveled 5 hours. The apartment was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend!Mr & Mrs B

Perfectly suited our needs

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it's not a bad home base for visiting North and South Shore, and even the East End. Cynthia was a responsive communicator, yet completely unobtrusive. Will certainly consider another stay in the future.

Baseball tourney stay

Clean, with full amenities. A fully stocked bathroom cabinet (toothpaste, brush, shampoo) was a really nice touch !! A pleasure to stay in and would definitely visit again. Our only advice would be to have a recycling can in the apartment so we don’t have to put everything in the garbage. We enjoyed the stay -thank you.

This apartment was perfect for me. I was in town for a Stony Brook parents weekend and was in close proximity to everything I needed. Comfy bed, very clean, private, and I liked having my coffee out on my patio in the mornings. Great communication from the owner as well. A+ all around!

Wagon Lane accomodations Centereach, NY

In town for 50th high school reunion. Perfect location for Stony Brook, Setauket and ferry in Port Jefferson. Unit was excellent, clean, well stocked we ith laundry detergent all bath and shower needs, towels, pillows and kitchen needs. Location was quiet, safe and very comfortable. Variety of stores, fitness centers and eateries nearby. Host was quick to respond with any needs and question. This is the place to stay for your visits to LI or the university visits. Will be back again rather than using hotels.

Property met our every need and then some! Very pleased!!

We want to thank our host, Cynthia! We were very pleased with the accommodations and her attentiveness to our every need! It was an ideal location for all the visiting we did! The apartment was clean with new carpeting. The bed was comfortable! Everything we needed was provided! There was ample closet and drawer space! The washer and dryer within the unit was a huge plus! We were there for over three weeks, so they came in very handy! We will certainly keep this unit in mind for any future stays in the area!! Thank you very much!

Hi there! I'm saddened to see that your review doesn't reflect positively of your stay based on the fact that you did not communicate any of these issues to me. I'm actually quite puzzled to hear that you had any issues at all, as we weren't made aware of these throughout the duration of your lengthy stay. I wish you would have communicated to me during your stay as it would have given me the opportunity to do my best to ameliorate any issues. I'm unsure as to your reasoning for the doorknob and carpet needing replacement. They were both installed recently and the carpet is professionally cleaned and sanitized frequently. We thank you again for staying with us and if we have the opportunity to host you again in the future - please don't hesitate to reach out while here, the same way you did for assistance setting up the wi-fi, and accomodating your last minute, late check out request.

Overall the property was nice and comfortable. It had everything you need with a few exceptions. The shower curtain was really unclean and sanitary. The towels were old and didn’t “look” clean. The baseboards and door in the bathroom were dirty and there was no toilet paper holder, which isn’t sanitary. That sound like a lot but it wasn’t! We were able to solve all the issues ourselves and enjoyed the stay.

This VRBO is Just Right!

I rented this VRBO for five days for my daughter and son-in-law. Right from my first question, Cynthia was quick to respond any time I reached out to her, even before I booked the VRBO. She was extremely accommodating and flexible with the check-in time and with other requests we made. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The VRBO was very clean, modern, and had many items that were pleasant surprises. My son-in-law especially appreciated the snack basket that was left for them. The space met their needs perfectly. My daughter had to work for a few hours each day and she was able to do that in peace and quiet, without any interruptions. This VRBO is attached to the main home, but my daughter and son-in-law only heard children once upon check-in, and there were no other disruptions. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to be able to easily access major roadways on Long Island yet be in a neighborhood where you feel like you're miles away from the "hustle and bustle". If you plan to bring your dog, it is also a perfect arrangement since there is a fenced-off area by the entrance of the VRBO. Thank you, Cynthia and family for a wonderful stay in your lovely VRBO. If we need a VRBO in the area again in the future, we will be sure to reach out! Thank you so much!

It worked for us while we were at the US Open. We were gone ever day, and some days didn’t get back till late. We ate a few meals in the apartment, and had enough kitchen accoutrements to handle our meal. The shower worked well and we had enough towels, although they were old. Our bed and pillows and bed linens worked well for us. The AC worked well, although it wasn’t a hot week. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores etc. nearby. This is not a luxury apartment by any means, but it was good and clean and comfortable for our stay.
