Lots of great living space. Cleanliness could improve. We notified the office and got a return message offering to come and clean the shower. We had a great stay and appreciate the area with places to walk and great places nearby to eat. I would recommend a stay in this condo.

Family vacation gathering

Great property and location to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful. Had a small problem with the keys but was resolved quickly by property manager. Property could use a little better signage indicating elevators and beach access. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

PARADISE-YES

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, we were extremely satisfied with the rental and hope to re-book for next year. We had only 2 small complaints, which were the hard wood floors needed to be deeply scrubbed to eliminate dirty feet, and due to the buggy season, we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor balconies.

Great views and plenty of room for everyone

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a mixed-generation family of 10 visiting for a week for our first vacation under one roof. The rental provided the perfect amount of space for us when we were all together for dinner or a movie and when some wanted to quietly read or work. The views from the room and balconies were great and we loved being steps from the beach. It was unfortunate the swim up and snack bar is now closed.

Review

The unit exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well furnished and stocked with beautiful views. The only suggestion I have is have the elevators marked & signs directing you to then. We were one of three groups trying to find which doors led to elevators. Overall, a great condo and experience. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks to all involved!

Good vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Key pick up was not easy. We were given the wrong pass code.

Vicki thank you for posting this I was able to find the one auto email that I absolutely mistyped the code on and I am so sorry for the inconvenience it caused your family! We have made some great positive changes in our housekeeping department as well. Sandbridge Beach is more of a tucked away beach compared to the traditional Virginia Beach oceanfront, some people love it because it peaceful, relaxing and not a lot of action and some prefer the high activity hustle bustle of the ocean front beach! Many coastal cities have multiple beaches that are vastly different so anyone reading give us a call we are happy to talk about our local Virginia Beaches and how they are different

Good Vacation Rental But Needs Some Improvements

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious condo. Clean & tidy. Problems: parking space numbering is bizarre. Needing your key to "leave" the building is silly. Having no staff 'on site' is a problem, as we NEVER were told about why the evacuation happened. Gym has no water, towels, clock and a "9-1-1" phone that does not exist.

Spacious and beautiful, but appliances not working and frozen door locks

The property is beautiful and very spacious. It was clean and ready to go…once we were able to get in. When we arrived, we could not get in. We thought we were given the wrong keys. It took about 90 minutes for maintenance to arrive and let us in. It was cold and we had children that were tired after an 8 hour car ride. They were kind and informed us that the locks were swollen and wd40 would help. It did. The refrigerator and freezer did not work but there were smaller refrigerators that we used while we were there. The place was beautiful, clean, and overall we had a great time with a beautiful view.

The fridges and freezers are in good working condition, and we regret that these concerns were not raised during your stay. This condo offers fantastic views and is well-maintained by the owner. Upon receiving your feedback, we promptly addressed the issues. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.

Paradise review

Nice condo with great furnishings; cleaning company not so good, we had to clean off the balconies, some of the furniture was broken; waited a day for ice maker; ice maker in the kitchen not working? Ice is a must! stereo in condo not working? The pool for our place was closed, so there was 1 pool filled with kids and because the other pool was closed, the adult swim bar pool had kids which should never be permitted. The hot tub hasn't worked since covid which was 2 years ago, so why have it advertised if not available. Definetely improvements needs to be made for the cost that is expected.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Unfortunately, the pools were awaiting city approval for repairs, which is why they were not available for your use. We regret that you were inconvenienced by this situation. We have replaced any damaged furniture and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We hope you will consider visiting us again in the future.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo and its location. The condo was HUGE! It could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty. (Our feet were black on bottom) after our shower. There were lots and lots of spiders by the living room deck... inside and out. It really needs to be sprayed. The decks were covered with spider webs and dirt. When I complained they said they had just cleaned it. We enjoyed our time there but probably won’t return and will rent a house with a pool nearby for the price that they are asking for next year. I would not return only due to the price. It is $5000 more Than last year.

Thank you for the feedback, Nancy. I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced at this unit. We have the exterminator go to each of our units each month to spray and control this issue. I have brought the cleanliness issue to housekeeping management's attention and she has addressed this with our cleaner. We have several units available in this condominium and the Dunes complex located in Sandbridge for a lower price. We also manage houses in Sandbridge. Please reach out if you are interested in potentially booking next year. I would be happy to assist. Have a wonderful day!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely wonderful place to stay and be with family. The accomodations were fantastic with most every amenity you could imagine. My only criticism is that the unit was not clean on our arrival with dirt on many areas of carpet, hair in the tub and sink in one of the bathrooms, and for the price we paid having the alottment of only one roll of toilet paper and no paper towels seems rediculous.

Chillaxin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This trip was planned for a couple of my girlfriends and I to get together. We wanted somewhere that was close to the beach, but not too crowded. We also wanted to be close enough to activities if we did want to go out. This unit was exactly what we needed. The decor is too cute and there are two restaurants within walking distance. The first night we went for Mexican at Jose Tequilas. Then the second night we had delicious seafood dinners and got to listen to live music at the Baja. The unit was beautifully upkept, and the management company was so great to work with. We definitely recommend and will be planning more trips in the future!

Disappointing stay

The property was lovely and view outstanding. The check-in process was challenging because we had a hard time locating the realtor's office and the property was so big it was hard to navigate at first. We were on the fourth floor with an elevator nearby but couldn't find any luggage racks so had to make several trips up and down. My husband is disabled so I, the wife, had to make all of the trips. The biggest issue was that there was roof work being done the whole week. After three days of pounding and drilling we couldn't stand the noise anymore so left two days early. The realtor said they would be in touch to see what they could do for us but we have heard nothing.

The inside was clean and spotless. The only thing that I could complain about is the balconies. The furniture needs to be wiped down and there were spider webs everywhere. The location was great beautiful sunrise and beautiful sunsets. We were lucky enough to have a full moon also that weekend. Definitely would recommend this place to others.
