Great ocean front condo. Exceptionally clean, had all of the basics to get started. Plenty of room for the two of us. The beach chair/umbrella service was nice. The pool on the condo side (there are two pools, one across the street at the parking garage) was so cool and refreshing after being hot on the beach all day! Cynthia was wonderful to communicate with and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at this Panama City Beach condo! The beachfront view was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect. The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed, including beach toys and other essentials for the little ones, which made our trip even more enjoyable.The host was exceptional, always available and responded to every question almost immediately. Their communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Two adults, three kids. Everything was perfect, two bathrooms was a great feature with the kids. Condo was clean, everything we could have thought of for the beach was in the condo. Great communication,easy beach access. Parking garage is additional, but not a big deal for us. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay last week. Room was clean and looked as listed, and views were absolutely breathtaking.Parking was safe and covered. And let’s not forget about the host, Cynthia was absolutely the best host we ever had, quick communication and response and would help to make the stay enjoyable . Can’t wait to book the next trip again with her! Thanks for providing the nice,clean condo.

This was the perfect choice for accommodations for my PCB family vacation. The host was perfect. She answered every question we had without delay and was so helpful when I made a mistake when purchasing parking passes. She went out of her way to get it fixed for me. The parking garage is across the street from the condo building which is fine because there is a nice air conditioned walk-over. It wasn’t inconvenient at all. The condo itself was heavenly. The view was breathtaking and it sure is a lovely place to sit while enjoying morning coffee. The 2 bathrooms were spotless and there was excellent water pressure. The furnishings are very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. There was no outside noise except the beautiful sound of the crashing waves. While we did not use the appliances in the kitchen, they were new looking and modern. Overall, I would give the accommodation 10 stars if I could!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was great to work with and responded quickly to every message, making communication a breeze. The condo itself was very comfortable and thoughtfully set up to make our stay extra cozy. Everything we needed was there, and the little touches really made it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Love staying at Cynthia’s properties. We never have to worry about anything. Everything is always clean and we pack way too much because everything you need for the beach is already there! This was our 3rd or 4th time staying at her properties and won’t be the last!

Excellent condo!

The condo was amazing. It was stocked with extras, like beach towels. It was clean and decorated very beautifully. The owner was great to work with and we would book with her again! Perfectly located, we had a great, relaxing vacation!
