This cozy dog friendly cottage with a private dock located on Riverside Drive right across from the rive is Ideal for families and fishing enthusiasts, the cottage boasts an open concept floor plan with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, sleeping for up to 8 guests comfortably. We have added 1 queen airbed with linens and pillows in case your need a little extra sleeping space.

Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather from the spacious deck with ramp, perfect for grilling your fresh catch and watching the boats go by. The cottage is located in the golf cart community, within walking distance of the park, close by 2 marinas, and several restaurants. Watch the firework show right from your porch or walk to the Fiddler Crab Festival.

Pack your bags and get ready to head down to Steinhatchee, Florida and stay with us at the Riverhouse on the Hill. We now allow 1 dog with a 100.00 pet fee paid with your reservation. So bring your furry friend so everyone can relax.

Overall stay was good. Gate leading to the dock obstructed the view of the river and was difficult to close, often leading to the gate opening into the street.

Best trip!

Absolutely wonderful!! First, the property was so cute and perfect for our weekend getaway with our friends! Would have loved more time there, but unfortunately our busy schedules only allowed for a weekend stay this time. We loved being able to be so close to our boat the whole weekend with it being just a few steps away at the dock across the street. The house was clean and spacious, so close to everywhere we wanted to go for the weekend. Ami was the best host EVER!! So very nice and wonderful to us this weekend. We were allowed early check in since we got to town earlier than expected and a late check out so we could enjoy a full last day. She was quick to respond and so very helpful. Thank you Ami for the best weekend away! We will be back and can’t wait to stay here again or at another one of your beautiful properties!

Freshly Remodeled, Great Location!

Very clean, freshly remodeled house that has the nicest boat dock around. Property Manager was very helpful and the listing was accurate. Convenient location. The boat dock is great but would be better with water and power. (It looked like that was in the works)
