Surfside delight was truly a coastal delight on the best island! Our group could not say enough about how perfect the house was, equipped with everything you need, clean, and the most comfortable beds and amenities. The temp of the pool was perfect and we enjoyed many afternoons around it. A peaceful property away from town but close enough to enjoy a walk to town or beach. We loved our stay, host was so accommodating and hope to be back again!

This was the perfect house for our group! We were all in awe with how beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked it was! Our group included several chefs preparing for a big event and the kitchen had everything to accommodate our needs. The owner even stock fresh cutting boards in time for our visit, which was such a thoughtful and hospitable gesture. Overall, the process of staying here was easy and enjoyable. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing house!

We couldn’t have asked for anything better! The house is incredibly well set up, stocked and decorated. Dean was very responsive and helpful. Great location. Short drive/uber to town. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and our host Dean! All of the communication in the lead up to and during our stay was very clear and he was always incredibly responsive and accommodating.The house is immaculate and very well laid out. We had three families together for the week and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable (which is not always the case!) and the bathrooms were all fully stocked and well appointed. The pool and outdoor shower make it so you never have to leave, however Surfside beach is also just a five minute bike ride away. The backyard fire pit surrounded by gorgeous hydrangeas was the perfect spot to spend our evenings once kids were in bed!The location is absolutely perfect on island. Within a block of three of the bus routes which made getting around into town and back for our big group a total breeze. Also right on the bike path. It is a five minute drive from the grocery store, Millie’s Mid Island and Nantucket Bake Shop which was so convenient.We are already planning our visit next summer and will absolutely be back! Thanks Dean for an incredible visit!!

Perfect Surfside Retreat!

This property is truly beautiful- the pictures don’t do it justice! Close to everything including Surfside beach, and Town. We were a group of 8 including 2 small children and loved that it is literally across the street from the bike path so that we could explore the island. The back yard is super cozy complete with a grill and seating for 10! The house was immaculate and very spacious. The host was very responsive and helpful! Will definitely come back next summer!

An absolute gem! Our kids had a blast swimming all afternoon in the pool, hot dogs outside on the big patio, and movie night on the big comfy couches. This house was the perfect home base for our fun and relaxing Nantucket getaway!Gorgeous home, awesome layout - remodeled and decorated - clean, beautiful, and bright. Awesome amenities - pool, patio, grill, fire pit, large fully-outfitted kitchen, pool table, outdoor shower. Plenty of bathrooms, 2 big washer/dryer pairs. Perfect location (halfway between downtown and surfside, right on a bike path), close to bike rentals. Dean was an outstanding host, responsive and helpful!

Absolutely incredible home and by far one of the best places we've ever stayed. The house was stunning, immaculate, and so comfortable, with amazing outdoor spaces including the pool, yard, and fire pit. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and we especially appreciated the luxurious products stocked in the bathrooms — such a nice touch. This property exceeded all expectations and made our Nantucket stay unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfection!

I recently stayed at this property with a group of friends for our annual girls trip. This was our first time to visit Nantucket. The house was perfect in every way! It was very clean and still smelled of new construction. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely bathrooms. The house was also in a great location! Highly recommend!

Incredible, Stunning Home in Excellent Location!

This is an incredibly special home. We go to Nantucket a few times a year, and have rented at many great places. But this one topped them all, and then some! The pictures look gorgeous but the home is even more breathtaking in person. The design and details are beautiful. The home was spotless and brand new. The beds and living area were so comfortable. Great open kitchen space with everything you need. Plenty of bathrooms for a group. Dean was incredibly responsive, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our group was comfortable during our stay. The location is also amazing - close to town and easy hop onto the bike path. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Dean!!

Beautiful Home and Location

This home is lovely and has all the amenities for cooking and relaxing! Great location in mid island and access to the bike trail and mid island bus was a plus! Dean was a great communicator. Would rent again!

Nice new house in a central location. Lovely patio and well equipped kitchen.

Middle island location - just over a mile to the beach and to town, mostly accessible by bike paths. Nice furnishings, great layout - and the pool table was fun.

Beautiful home

Most enjoyable rental experience I’ve ever had! The house was beautiful, it was extremely clean, and I really enjoyed staying here. The owner was very responsive and we had no issues. I will be looking to book this place next time in Nantucket! Thanks again!

Definitely a 'Surfside Delight'!

The house is absolutely beautiful! The layout is perfect for a family getaway. The property was stocked with everything you could possibly need throughout. The location was great too and it was easy to get around. The host, Dean, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We cannot say enough good and will 100% be back!!
