Nice place

Host was excellent, condo was excellent. Elevator situation is a mess so expect a long wait during peak times.

Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! I’m thrilled to hear you enjoyed the condo and found our hosting excellent. I’m sorry the elevator queues during peak times slowed you down. We’re in regular communication with building management about improving wait times, and we appreciate your patience while they work on a solution. Thanks again for staying with us—and for the great review! We’d love to host you again and make your next visit even smoother.

Hi Heather I believe there’s a modernization project underway and should help improve the process over next couple months. As they say, the tough climb leads to the best views! Hope to have you back!

Best Views on the Beach

The condo was great, beautifully decorated and clean. Amenities were good as well in the condo. The views were amazing every single day from the balcony and from the living area. We loved it. We did not love the elevator. The fact is the facility can't handle the number of patrons v/s elevators. Although we absolutely loved the place, hosts were amazing kept in contact daily and we enjoyed the spaces and facilities on site, the elevator waiting did take lots of our time away from vacation. I'll still give 5 stars to an amazing place, amazing Views great hosts clean place and very friendly staff that greet immediately with a warm smile and welcome greeting! We never felt like guests but like we belonged there! Kudos to Being a valuable host!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review of Best Views on the Beach! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the condo beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with great amenities. It’s fantastic that the breathtaking views from the balcony and living area added to your experience each day. We truly appreciate your kind words about our hosting and the warm welcome from our staff. Making you feel at home and ensuring you have a memorable stay is our top priority, and your feedback affirms that we are on the right track. We understand that the elevator wait times were less than ideal, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. There currently is a major modernization going on that will help build high speed elevators in the future, so short term pain for long term gain is the motto...but the improvements will be great! Thank you for your generous 5-star rating despite the elevator issue. We are grateful for your understanding and patience. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back soon for another delightful stay.
