This is an amazing space! So much thought put into every detail. Clean, well organized, great location. My husband and I couldn't ask for more. The host was super sweet and had excellent communication. The bed was sooo comfortable! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely, small 1 bdrm, 1 bath, as described. Great location and clean. Well supplied with creative touches and thoughtful supplies. This may be noted somewhere in the description, but ceilings are a bit low in certain spots. My husband is 6ft and had to crouch a bit in doorways

Perfect place to call home for a long work week! Great walking distance to local shops/restaurants/etc. and even got to take advantage of the Farmer's Market before checking out on Sunday! I will definitely be looking to use this property again for future needs!

The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. Although it’s the basement apartment of the main house, upstairs noise was not an issue… very quiet! Colorful host artwork throughout…cheery. Greeter dog, Lumee, was a sweet baby. We’d definitely stay here again.

Mariel was a wonderful host. Timely communication and follow up to my questions. The property is located in a family friendly area of Denver. It’s about 15 minutes from the city center. The property is very comfortable, nicely appointed, and within walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location. Nice clean basement apt. Stretch to call it 2 BR, especially when sofa bed had no sheets available. Made due, no problem.

The listing does state there is a living room converted to a bed room with the pull out couch; I apologize that there wasn’t any sheets I was never informed of needing them for the second person. Cute apartment in great location

Location was perfect (near our son). Apartment was very clean and everything we needed. Close to a great coffee shop and lots of restaurants. We will stay again next time we come visit our son. Hosts communication was great!
