Experience the captivating wonders of Cape Breton Highlands camping in our enchanting off-grid camping pods. Nestled in the breathtaking beauty of Ingonish, these pods provide the perfect haven for relaxation. Picture yourself surrounded by majestic Spruce Trees, immersing yourself in the tranquility of nature.
While Jack Pine may be devoid of power (all other pods have power) and running water, they exude a rustic charm that is sure to captivate your senses. Step inside and feel the cozy embrace of the all-wood construction, thoughtfully insulated to keep you warm and snug. During the autumn and winter months, we encourage guests to bring extra blankets or sleeping bags, ensuring your utmost comfort.
As dusk descends upon the Highlands, the pathways come alive with a gentle glow. Solar lamps light the way, guiding you through this magical retreat. Although your pod may not be right next to the parking area, worry not, as it is conveniently located nearby, ensuring easy access to your rustic abode.
But the adventure doesn't end there. Allow your senses to further indulge in the delights of Salty Roses & The Periwinkle Café, nestled on the very same property. Discover the charm of a local craft shop, showcasing the talent of Maritime artists. Savor the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee and delight in delectable baked goods, all crafted with locally sourced ingredients. With beaches and restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to Ingonish's myriad amenities, you'll find everything you desire within reach.
Escape the ordinary and embark on a remarkable journey in Cape Breton Highlands camping. Priced at $105.00 per night, plus tax, this experience is a steal you won't want to miss. We stayed for 2 nights and it was great. It was spacious and comfortable. The washrooms were clean and the showers were actually really nice. The staff were awesome and super helpful whenever we needed anything.
The area is also beautiful, we did a few hikes and the cafes are soo yummy!

Very interesting property. Basic, no frills glamping experience. The restaurant in front of the property is very good, but limited selections. Would stay there again.

The camping pods were very cozy and clean. My only wish is that they had a solar light inside.

Make sure to read the description carefully! I was not aware that there was no power (not a huge deal) but they did warn me to bring a towel (they don’t supply). No one to greet us, and it took a few minutes to sort out which pod was ours. The kitchen seemed to have enough pots and pans. For the price , not sure….
Mignon et très confortable. Douches très propres. Cuisine super bien équipée. Rapide contact avec propriétaire. Je recommande pour une expérience en nature!
