The living room with high vaulted ceiling has a cozy gas fireplace and double sliding doors that open to an upper deck where you can grill just steps from an outdoor eating area. The spacious lower deck, fenced-in backyard and attached dock has something for everyone! Sit back and enjoy the views from a comfy outdoor seating area, take out a single or tandem kayak for a trip around the lagoon, chill and chat in Adirondack chairs around a firepit, or play a game of cornhole. Bring your water toys and take advantage of 72 feet of dock/bulkhead, great for swimming, fishing, crabbing and more! You can also go on morning walks, runs or bike on our wide, peaceful neighborhood streets.

When the sun sets, continue the fun inside in our decked-out great room. A 130” projector equipped with Apple TV is perfect for movie nights. Or break out one of the many games in the storage coffee table for family game night! This room also has a spot for the gamer (or work from home) with a 32” external monitor you can plug right into. Another workspace is in the upstairs king bedroom with relaxing views of the lagoon for guests working remotely.

Still want more? Long Beach Island is just a 10-15 min drive away. (4) Ship Bottom beach badges, (4) beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are available for use. For night-long fun, Atlantic City is only 30 min drive away.

Specifically excluded are the indoor hot tub, wood burning stove, loft library and closets located in the great room. Please do not use or access. The garage is also excluded and monitored with a camera (video/audio). Please do not access the garage except when you have to get cleaning implements (e.g. vacuum).

Before booking this house, please read the following carefully.

Maximum 8 occupants per town license. Stafford township requires you to complete and sign before a notary a written form stating that you understand and will comply with the maximum occupancy. You must provide the completed form to the host on or before check in. Reach out to the host for a sample of the form if you wish to review it before booking.

You must be 28 years old to book this home. Government issued ID required as proof. The booking guest has to be an occupant of the house for the entire duration of the stay.

No hosting of events or gatherings of more than 15 people. This is a family-oriented, peaceful development.

Outdoor cameras (video/audio) installed (directed at main door, driveway, gates and dock/lagoon) for security and protection of our home. Please do not touch or in any way tamper with them.

Use of any amenities (on water or ground) is entirely at your own risk.

Children must always be supervised. The backyard is fully fenced but there is only a spring lock and latch between the deck and the dock. There are no lifeguards. Home is multi-level, with many stairs and decks. There is an indoor tub, wood stove and a loft library that are not to be accessed.

No pets allowed. However, we do have a dog that is at the house when guests are not. Guests with related allergies should be aware of this.

No smoking of any kind (including vaping) within the premises (indoor and outdoor)

You are responsible for any property damage or loss caused by you, your family or guests.

Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

o For boat or jetski owners. Please let me know if you plan to bring a boat or any motorized water toy before booking. You cannot bring a boat or any motorized water toy without getting an approval. Our waterfront/bulkhead is 72 ft with dock of 23 ft & adjacent deck of 16 ft and open space on either side of 13ft and 20ft (all approx.). The dock has cleats only. At the minimum, we require the boat to have bumper guards.
