Welcome to a sweet little corner of Seaside’s best kept secret, Ruskin Park. Located between Central Square and The Seaside Chapel, À La Mode is a perfect hip hideout for a couple or young family. Originally designed as an artist colony, the shady oaks of Ruskin Park offer quiet cool in summer months and easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and the beach, all year round.

After a day on the beach, shower off in the carport and enter the newly remodeled kitchen and find plenty of room to hang beach bags, hats, and towels. Bulk storage items like drinks can handily hide in the base of the entry bench. New cabinets offer plenty of storage to À La Mode’s well stocked kitchen, complete with a countertop “Sonic” nugget ice machine (mini refrigerator no freezer) ! A stainless Steele microwave, electric range, Miele dishwater and under-counter refrigerator, along with a host of small appliances and serving pieces are at the ready for a night in.

Past the stackable washer and dryer, find a remodeled bathroom with new LED halo mirror and luxury shower. Across from the bathroom, rest well in a new custom bed with queen-size Sterns and Foster mattress, nautical inspired fan, television, motorized window shade, USB nightstand plugs and reading sconces.

The living room hosts plenty of closet and drawer storage for clothing, luggage, and belongings, as well as a collection of books, games, turntable with classic vinyl albums and a mini beach cruiser collection! Expect a new comfortably stylish, neutral-toned sectional sofa with queen sized memory-foam sleeper, a modern leather recliner, large television and modern bistro seating for four. Trickle out the front door and onto the park patio with amazing views and a perfect spot to enjoy a book, meal or drink. You’ll see how À La Mode makes good things better.

** You will have a total of 2 RFID access cards (1 card per every two people) for access to the private beaches in Seaside.
**Please note there is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. The cost for this cottage is $28/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
**This is a first floor apartment that is completely private with its own entry, however the homeowner or guests of the homeowners do stay in the top floor unit at times. The roof top is only available for homeowner use.

**Optional Cancellation Protection- Allows cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies refunded ($50 fee applies at booking)
*Additional fees are required to reserve Pickleball and Tennis courts paid directly to the Seaside amenity Center.
*Seaside amenities: Playground, Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Croquet Lawn, Basketball, 3 community pools including a covered pool, Adult only pool and Family pool, Chapel with Sunday services, Walkable Town Center from rental home including shopping, restaurants and upscale grocery market.
