Looking for a spacious condo just steps from the slopes? This family friendly 2 bedroom 2 bath newly renovated condo has all the amenities for a great stay at Purgatory in the summer or winter!

The Village Center building has it's own private roof top hot tub and is located just steps from the high speed 6-pack lift. Contained in the building is all the conveniences of a pizza parlor/bar, ski and bike rentals, Purg Sports retail store, childcare facilities and the ski school. In addition renters will have access to the Durango Mountain Club amenities including a members only outdoor pool and fitness center.

Located on the "3rd" floor, this units is level with the parking lot and slopes, so no need to hassle with stairs or elevators in the building. Parking is included and renters can choose between a covered garage or street parking depending on what is available.

In the unit you will find an outdoor patio with a BBQ, outdoor dining table and peekaboo mountain views. Inside their is expandable 8-person dining table, a well stocked kitchen and a dishwasher. This units also has a washer and dryer (not common in many purgatory condos) and plenty of thoughtful storage, shelves and hanging hooks for all your gear.

The living room and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. Each room features a smart TV for all your digital steaming and cable TV. The bedrooms have new memory foam king mattresses and premium pillows. Bedroom #2 can become a lock-off unit, has its own entrance and features a coffee bar and mini fridge.

We love staying at Village Center bc it is right up the stairs from the chilcare center, shops, and pizza. This condo was nicely decorated with everything we needed! There was even lots of toys and books for my 2 yr old to play with! The beds were very comfortable as well.

Great location for hitting the slopes at Purgatory and unwinding after a day on the mountain. Cozy fireplace, great WiFi, books, games and puzzles to do on a snowy afternoon... great spot for your next adventure!

We had the best time staying at this property. Communication with the host was easy and replies came quickly. The size fit our family of 5 perfectly and all beds were so comfortable including the pull out couch. It was clean and had touches that felt like home. The location was the best, so easy to get to all the amenities offered at Purgatory right from our room and steps away from hitting the slops!

Perfect location!

My family and I have been to Purgatory a few times, and this is by far the best location we’ve ever had! Floor 3 of the Village Center is ground level when unloading your car and just one flight of stairs down to ski. We absolutely loved this location. Parking is also on the same level in the parking deck so you don’t have to worry about the elements. This condo was more than big enough for our family of 4. It was the perfect size. The only knock, and I’m being petty, was the 3 cup coffee pot. It was tiny! Overall, this was the perfect location and perfect property for our family. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone staying at Purgatory!
