This captivating 5-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom beachfront home is a rare find within Milford CT's highly desirable Silver Sands Beach area. The home is walking distance to town center, shopping and dining options (The Greek Spot Cafe), Yale Milford Hospital and Silver Sands State Park. Exteriors include a breezy oversized patio uniquely decorated with Palm Trees, tropical plants beautifully lit with market lights for evening gatherings. Large outdoor dining table, spacious sectional and lounge chairs for enjoying the sun under the Palm Trees. "The Palm Beach House" is a true escape from the everyday making you forget you are in CT!! Location, Location, Location.... This property is situated in one of the best beaches in all of Milford and can easily be voted one of the best in CT. The rental home is not monstrous BUT it has by far the biggest oversized patio for entertaining. Completely renovated with modern simple coastal decor and amenities that don't overlook all your needs. The less you bring with you the better, we try to provide everything you need to make your vacation easy and memorable. Truly the most INSTAGRAMABLE home on the strip....
