Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad the cabin was a comfortable fit for your family of five and that you had a special Christmas getaway. It was truly our pleasure to assist during your stay — we always want our guests to feel cared for, so we’re happy we could get those extra supplies to you quickly. We’d absolutely love to host you again anytime, and thank you for recommending the cabin to others — that means the world to us!

Thank you so much for staying with us, Amanda, and for the kind words about the game room, the stocked kitchen and our communication! We appreciate the feedback. The poison ivy by the lower deck has been cleared, and the upstairs shower head is scheduled for a descaling. Our well water is on the hard side, so it builds up faster than we'd like. For future guests, the hot tub tops out around 100° (it's noted in the listing), so it's more of a warm soak than a hot one. We hope you'll come back and see us at Howlin'! – The Moonrise team

Thanks so much! We welcome y’all back any time!

Thanks Scott! Glad you, the family and the pup enjoyed your stay!

It’s all part of the Smoky Mountain adventure, and we’re glad it felt manageable for you. We truly appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness and hospitality. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d absolutely love to welcome you back anytime!
