Holiday home in Norway right by the fjord

The apartment has a living space of 65 m² and is located directly on the fjord.
The house has one bedroom with bunk beds and two bedrooms with single beds.
In the outside house there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as a freezer and filleting table.
The living room is equipped with satellite TV and a small tiled stove.
There is a dishwasher and fridge in the kitchen.
From the terrace with grill you have a fantastic view of the fjord.
The aluminum boat is equipped with a new 30 HP 4-stroke engine and is included in the price, which can be reached directly at a jetty in front of the front door.
Fishing in the fjord is possible in all weather conditions. After just 10 minutes by boat, you can go fishing, saithe, cod, halibut, ling, hake and many more through a road to the open sea.
It is a 15-minute drive to go shopping to Filan and the hut can be reached via a 150-m walk.

Liability insurance must be taken out for the boat.
A deposit of € 300 is to be paid for the inventory on arrival at the key holder.
A third of the rent would have to be paid 3 months before the start of the rental, the remaining amount one month before the start of the rental.
