There is easy access to the beach from multiple boardwalks + it’s steps away from the nearest pool. There is space for 2 vehicles to park. You can find all beach gear in the outdoor closet.

→ The main level: Upstairs, you’ll find a modern open living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a deck. There is a shared full bathroom and a bedroom with a cozy queen bed. This bedroom includes a Juliet balcony perfect for catching a Gulf breeze.

→ The upper level: On the carpeted upper floor, you’ll find the spacious master bedroom with its private bathroom and deck. There is also a bunk room with a bunk, trundle bed that sleeps 4 guests and shares a bathroom in the hallway.

Other:

→ Initial Supplies - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.

→ Security Deposit - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit, nothing missing, or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

→ For your safety and awareness, there is one exterior security camera located at the front of the home. It is used for security purposes only.

*Please note: Guests will need to use stairs, there is no elevator. Per the HOA rules, no golf carts allowed.
