We were wowed upon entering the house, so clean and the decor was very pleasing to the eye. Enjoyed the ease and convivence of the location. The dead end street made the area very quiet. The waterfall at the pool kept us all chill.

We stayed for an entire week leading up to the Fourth of July. Three families (total of 12 people) stayed very comfortably. The house was in pristine condition and smelled brand new!!!! We cannot rave enough about how well laid out and apportioned the kitchen was. It had everything we needed to cook all meals at the house. The house also had a gas grill. The beach was just a short 5 minute bike ride from the house. We also enjoyed biking the trails right outside the house. Property management was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful home! New and clean! Spacious (tall ceilings!) beautifully decorated and well planned spaces. Kitchen was well equipped. Tons of space for our group of 12 with kids ages from 5-10 . The pool is great! It’s small(ish). 10x25 I believe but the kids loved it. The water was so cool and refreshing too! Excellent outdoor space. ALL the stars!

This practically new home had all the amenities we could hope for: One of the best equiped kitchens we ever have had. The beds and bedding were top notch! Common spaces were well thought out, comfortable with special touches like pillows and games. Everything was spotless. Access to beach was good. Wish we could have been closer, but we knew that. Pool and pool area were lovely. Dealing with Royal Destinations was seamless.

Pool Alarm is annoying and video cameras are watching

Take caution because the family is watching and listen to you while on the property. I felt violated after seeing video and hearing conversation of my family, both adults and children walking around on the front porch in their bathing suits. The family is watching and listening. I understand it should be security but no reason to monitor us going and leaving. Pool Alarm is the worse! And the pool alarm is annoying! The location is not desirable because traffic at the end of the road is difficult to exit due the so many families visiting in Seaside. I recommend staying in areas the is more than one way in and out. The house is located on dead end street. The home is only equipped with minimal amount of needs so bring as much as you can for a pleasant trip. The pool area is nice however, as indicated in the rental agreement, the pool alarm is required. The part they do not tell you is how annoying it is because it goes off every time the door is open or left open. Avoid a house with pool for this reason. Also, Royal Designation, was slow to complete repairs request. Upon arrival, the internet service was down. Royal Designation staff can out on Sunday to get it going but indicated someone would return on Monday complete repairs with new power cord or modem; however, it was not until Friday, one day before departure. Yes, an entire week of Internet service going down daily! Furthermore, It took Royal Designation more than two days do deliver propane for gas grill. Then one of the tanks had a note that read, “Can’t open Valve” on the porch. Totally unusable.

Many homes on 30A are equipped with Ring doorbell cameras by the front door so homeowners can have peace of mind while they are away. Any homeowner reserves the right to monitor the comings and goings of their home, and contrary to your statement, they do not watch 24/7 and only check when something is out of the ordinary. You failed to mention the reason the homeowners checked their cameras was because a bag of dog food was found upon your departure. When asked to check their cameras for an animal, the homeowners discovered a dog in their non-pet friendly home which violated our Guest Rental Agreement. Due to this violation, you were charged a fee. As for the pool alarms, it is Florida State Law that any door leading to the pool is equipped with a pool alarm to prevent drownings. As stated in our GLAD To Have You app and pre-arrival communication, there is a bypass button that silences the alarm long enough to enter or exit. Many families enjoy having a pool at their rental home and find peace of mind in the pool alarm. Because the pool alarm caused a disruption during your stay, we would suggest reserving a home without a private pool (or private pool with gated entry). All our homes are equipped with cooking utensils and a starter set of supplies. If traffic is ever an issue, all homes come with complimentary bikes! As for the Wi-Fi, our team was able to get it working, but ultimately, the modem had to be replaced. When working with Mediacom, repairs can take a little longer than expected. We do apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Unfortunately, there was a shortage of propane in the area and that was the earliest we were able to get any. There are certainly many rental homes to choose from along 30A and we wish you many more happy memories at another home.
