Kaprovani Pine Grove

We rent two story, not very big, but just right size (150sqm) house with 600sqm green yard in Village Caprovani, Guria, about 110M to sandy beach. If you re looking for the place to enjoy sun, sand, sea breeze and to listen to the singing birds along with suiting sounds of sea waves, this is the place for you!
First floor offers open plan kitchen and living area that naturally flow to a large terrace, where guest can enjoy morning coffee or gather around the table for diner after a tiring day of suntanning.
Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer (very useful for the climate :) microwave, electric cattle,
Plus plenty of dishware and utensils completed with highest quality nonstick pots and pans of different sizes for induction stove top, everything for comfortable cooking.
Two separate staircases will take you to second floor, to the bedrooms. Each with its own bathroom and view to the blue black see :)
