Wake up and fall asleep to the waves crashing outside your window in a modern and immaculate studio with inspiring views of the ocean and beach. Everything in it is brand new as of May 2022.
This first floor studio is located on the beach at kilometer 19.5 of Cancun hotel zone. It has a private beach with lounge chairs and shades, pools, jacuzzi, Spa, Gym, tennis court, coffee shop.
Fast Wifi, Ac, Smart Tv, Bose soundbar.
Two full beds, private small balcony facing the ocean.

We share facilities with an all inclusive boutique hotel called Oleo Cancun playa, but since owners rent their places you can purchase at front desk the all inclusive for food and drinks (Oleo Cancun hotel rules the prices and usually is $90 usd per person per day). You can buy in to the packages on a daily or weekly basis . Otherwise you can cross the street to the restaurants lagoon side, as on site restaurants are all inclusive.
Note: There is a buffet breakfast option for $30 usd p/p.

Round trip transportation private service at additional price available as well as reservations for tours, activites and restaurants.. We have a staff to help you so you can have a worry free vacation and feel at home :)

Fantastic '10'

Very euro-boutique chic. Human scale. Not good with cell communication which left me stuck with a locked slider; no way I could budge it--but view & location were superb. Immaculate. Super cozy beds. Hope to return May 2024. A no-brainer--just book!

Very nice

The location and adjoining hotel are all beautiful. The room was very clean and well appointed. We had just two issues. The bed and pillows were typical Mexican style--mattress is very hard and the pillows lumpy. The drains in both shower and kitchen sink were not flowing well. Otherwise, we loved the place. We had HOT sdhowers! The host and his onsite manager were both a pleasure to communicate with, plus they helped us out when we needed an extra day. Thank you!

This studio room was perfect! Had a great view of the ocean from the patio which we enjoyed our morning tea/coffee. Having the electric tea kettle was great! It was easy for my husband to get to get around the resort. The restaurants across the street were fabulous and having the convenience store right there as well was helpful.

Born and raise in Argentina, I felt in love with Cancun and their pristine beaches since first time I visit in 2005. I always dreamed working in a nice place with a nice team but what I am doing now as a property manager in this Condominium exceeded my exptectations.

Why they chose this property

This is a brand new studio that can´t be closer to the waves. We are usually around and will be happy to help you and make you feel at home.

The studio is 14 minutes drive from the airport, in a quiet part of the named hotel zone of cancun. A quick bus drive would be enough if you want to visit some malls or restaurants besides the 3 restaurants across the street

What makes this property unique

It is very interesting that you would be able to be part of the all inclusive if that´s what you decided for the day or explore many attractions in the area without being wasting your money in a mandatory all inclusive deal.
We are a Condominium and share facilities with oleo cancun hotel, which was remodeled a few years ago.
