- ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS -

📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID:
Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.

💳 Security Deposit:
A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.

✅ These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners. They provide assurance to our property owners and protect us from situations where damage caused by guests may not be adequately covered by platform protections.

Perfect space for what I needed

This was the perfect space for what I needed. I wanted something more "homey" than a hotel, but have been hesitant about utilizing other people's home as it can seem a hassle at times, but the process was so easy, the house is beautiful.

I am in Denver every couple of months for work at the medical center, so I've seen a lot of rentals around, and this was by far the cutest, my charming, and well cared for space I have personally been in! I will be back for sure!

Needed a place after a house fire

My family just went through navigating our home catching fire (everyone was safe). This home was such a blessing. We needed a space to catch our breath, to regroup, and that's exactly what we were able to do here. We'll always be grateful for our time here... and the hosts were so thoughtful, bringing us fresh flowers from their garden and checking in on us to make sure everything was perfect... which it was.

I needed a space to "getaway" after a long push with work. Meredith and Anson were amazing. The space was so cozy and thoughtfully setup. The specifics of the space, coupled with its proximity to so many great Denver activities make this space a winner!

Perfect for my small family

My family needed a place in Denver on our way from the airport to the mountains. This space was perfect... my wife was in love with the design and decor, my kids loved being able to watch a movie from the extra pull-out bed, and we were able to walk to the absolute best breakfast restaurant in the morning(The Cookery at Myrtle Hill)! Anson & Meredith... thank you again!!!

What is neat about this place is the location to Washington park. The carriage house itself is very updated and modern. Really enjoyed our time here and would stay again!

Perfect Denver Stay

This was exactly what my family needed for a quick stay in Denver while we were in town to tour the University of Denver with my son. This will for sure be our go-to space for when we are in town to visit him while he's at university. Location is amazing, so convenient, and close to a beautiful park and shops and cafes. This Air B&B was delightful.

This Air B&B was delightful. Hosts were so kind and attentive to details. Communication with them when needed was very responsive. Location was in walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Street parking always available. Loved the bohemian swing chair. Couldn’t ask for anything more! This rental is a Denver jewel.

One of the best rentals I've experienced

My stay here was perfect. Seriously, couldn't have asked for a better space and experience. Space was cozy, hosts were kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

One Night Stay

Overall the carriage house is exactly as depicted in the photos. Clean, stylish and a complimentary bottle of red wine. Bed was comfortable, and house was overall spotless. Only major issue I found was the stains and soil on the seat cushions of the couch. These cushions should be professionally cleaned ASAP as it was a huge distractor to an overall stylish rental. I would recommend staying here again.

Charming and Friendly

Beautiful little cottage, gorgeous Pottery Barn-like decor, hammock swing in LV, loved all the little extra touches..coffee grinder, all dishes and cookware provided, and a bottle of wine and fresh flowers to welcome us! The family is super friendly, with a firepit, dog and kids. One note to mention: if you're a large person, you might feel cramped with the low-ceilings upstairs and bathroom. No shower, simply a large tub with spray handle. I personally loved the period-style! Perfectly located too. I hope to be back!

You will absolutely love this historic carriage house. While the house was built in the early 1900's and used for the housing of carriages and horses, it is now a fully updated space brimming with charm and character. The house has a private entrance, a full kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a comfortable pullout queen-size bed, a full claw foot bathtub for bathing euro-style with a handheld wand, a living room, and a private porch.
