Palm Springs law states that any unreasonable noise disturbances and disorderly conduct (Municipal Code 5.25.070(f)) and any music audible at or past properly lines even during the day (Municipal Code 5.25.070 (g)) is a violation of the Vacation Rental Ordinance. This will result in a fine of $500 to the registered renter.

Throughout May-October, the pool can be enjoyed without heating; however, if you were interesting in heating the pool, please let me know 12 hours in advance since the pool takes time to heat.

Please refrain from tampering with the pool equipment. I will be notified through the pool wifi app if temperatures or levers get rearranged. If you want the spa on, contact me and I will happily turn it on. Any tampering will result in a fine listed in the home rules.

We care about being outstanding members of the community and abiding by local rules. With that being said, music and loud noises past property lines is not allowed at ANY TIME of the day. The city is very strict on noise levels and if police gets dispatched, they will give a ticket to the registered renter and require their government ID without any warning.

IF NOISE COMPLAINTS, OVER OCCUPANCY, OR CONTRACT VIOLATIONS OCCUR, OR IF LAW ENFORCEMENT IS DISPATCHED TO PROPERTY DUE TO DISTURBANCES OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, GUEST AND ALL OCCUPANTS ARE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUNDS GIVEN. CITY FINES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE REGISTERED GUEST.
